A dream stay in an exceptional area! François is available while remaining discreet. The decor and layout are beautiful. Everything is very clean. The garden is very well maintained. We highly recommend this rental!

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

Beautiful vacation spot, peaceful and private. We were hosted very well by Menana. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The garden is splendid.

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

The accommodation is beautiful, the cleaning is impeccable, incredible exterior. Great location. Thanks to Muriel for all the attention, on arrival there were things to eat like breakfast, fruits, bottles of water, cans… We had a great time at this house, we felt really good there. Recommended +++

In a green setting, a little slice of heaven with a superb view. Nothing is missing, well-equipped kitchen, superb terrace, comfortable bedding and what about the pool? The best Our hostess Coralie was very welcoming and advised us on local activities and shops. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted.

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Brilliant listing just a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Deshaies. Excellent property and perfectly equipped. Perfect base for our family (x3 children 8yrs old and under) for a week. The tips and local recommendations shared on arrival were also excellent. Great stay and we would have no hesitation staying again.

The house is beautifully decorated. We loved a little outdoor pool. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and there were very few people on the beach. There are a few restaurants at the beach and also a number of restaurants 10 minutes drive away. We did canyoning and snorkeling tours, which had starting point 20 minutes drive from the house. The Botanical Garden, which was a highlight of our trip, also located 12 minutes see away. Overall, it is very conveniently located, uniquely decorated and safe place to stay.

Wonderful stay at Peggy's! The accommodation is very beautiful and faithful to the photos. Clean, functional, comfortable. We didn't want for anything! The owners are both very welcoming and we particularly appreciated the welcome basket made up of fruit and essentials for breakfast. A big thank you! We will be back!

Beautiful vacation home and it really is right on the beach! The location is perfect, and the view of the sunrise is so fantastic. It looks like a photo wallpaper😉. To swim in the Caribbean you have to walk a few steps about 20 m, as there are rocks in the sea right in front of the house. The house is clean, cozy and very modern. The bathrooms are tastefully designed. There is everything you need. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!

An expectional, beautiful, spacious well equipped home. The rooms and bathrooms, the pool etc, it was all lovely. We felt at home the moment we stepped in. Cedric was an excellent host and the communication was great. I look forward to staying there again and wish Cedric all the best.

Very good location, we loved being able to access the beaches of Malendure and the various restaurants/bars/bakeries easily on foot! Unlike other listings in Malendure that are in the heights, this one is at sea level :) very good location also for visiting Basse-Terre.
