Parking for 1 car is available on the property.The guest room is on the 2nd floor, but the 1st floor is also a host room, so we have a home elevator that can carry up to 90 kg of heavy luggage in 3 loads at a time to the 2nd floor room, so we will carry it from the 1st floor.We can also pick you up by car from the nearest station to the guest room.Please relax in a second home-like space, whether it's for a short or long stay! The host can speak English, so foreigners are welcome!There is also a translation machine! Relax with the whole family, as a couple, or alone at this peaceful place to stay.

Our guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river flowing right next to it, so you can stay while enjoying nature. On the ground floor, there is a cafe motifed with hedgehogs, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can go to the JR and Hankyu stations by bus from the bus stop, which is a 4-minute walk from our guest house, and the transportation is convenient. There is also a delicious bakery and convenience store nearby, and there is also a shopping mall about a 20-minute walk away, so you can enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, and self-contained toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays.The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Check-in is not possible on dates listed in the house rules and Sundays. (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. The old house is 300㎡ and the field is 300㎡. Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Why not try experiencing a bit of Kyoto life? Please note that we will charge a local accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) in addition to the accommodation fee.
