The house is located just across the street from Menemsha Hills conservation area, providing hiking trails and access to North Shore beach. Enjoy some family time in the wooded backyard grilling or relaxing with an outdoor shower or napping in the hammock after a day at the beach.

Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
