Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

We are a family of five and had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and located in a peaceful and scenic countryside setting. The hosts were truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even brought us the best cherries we've ever tasted, along with delicious homemade pastries. They live nearby and kindly helped us arrange a river rafting trip that turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. It felt like a genuine local experience, not like typical tourism. A car is essential, but it’s only a short drive to Omiš. We also highly recommend trying the zipline there! Thank you for everything – we’ll gladly give you the best rating possible.

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled in the midst of untouched nature, the villa offers an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the city bustle, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with plenty of deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment in the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We had a super quiet holiday in the accommodation, the landlord is super nice and every morning the pool is cleaned and the garbage is disposed of, you hardly notice anything of it. Small shortcomings: challenging access, stubborn smell in the tavern and the open property ( every now and then the neighbors pass by) Great views of the Biokovo mountains and the islands!

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

Wow - what an incredible stay! Right from our arrival, Suzana and her family made us feel so welcome, meeting us in person and to show us around as well as giving us wonderful local fresh food and drink. The villa is spotless and so tastefully decorated, and Suzana took great care to make sure we had everything we needed, visiting a couple of times to make sure the pool was always clean. The kitchen is so well stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. The location is wonderful - a really peaceful retreat yet not far from the buzz of beautiful Omis, the river and the coast. Highlights for us were: Rafting on the river Cetina Sunset river trip out to Brac with Charlie on is 130 year old timber boat (Charlie is based by the bridge in Omis) Swimming in the river at Plaza Stuznica Swimming under the Lounes waterfall (from Tezacka ulica) Sunrise hike up to the wind turbines behind the villa Free walking tour around Omis Acapella singing in Omis Thank you so much Suzana!

Cosy, very clean, brand new apartment nearby marina and beautiful beaches. Full equiped and with a nice view from the balcony. Super friendly and helpful hosts, that would recomend local attractions.

We had 6 adults, a 5 yr old, and 2 babies staying here, and the space was perfect for us. We brought one portable crib with us, but the hostess was very kind and said she could have gotten a second crib had she known we had 2 babies. It was a bit chaotic with the blown fuse and broken hot water heater, and the storm that took out the TV (we didn't use it anyway), but the hosts were very quick to respond and take care of these mishaps right away. They were kind, helpful, and made sure they were available for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Brac!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had a great stay here! Everything matched the pictures exactly. Ria was super accessible, we immediately felt welcome and we got great tips. The area is beautiful, you can easily free your head from everyday life. Beautiful excursion destinations are also easy to find and if you have any questions you can also contact Ria at any time, who has great recommendations!

The apartment matches the photos, very clean and tastefully furnished, very cute. The view from the terrace is just incredible, breathtaking!!! Tihana is very responsive to the slightest request and sent us a long message full of good recommendations. We were greeted by her parents who are adorable! We had a wonderful stay at their place, I would recommend it without a second thought. I fell in love with this apartment when I saw the photos, it was even better in real life. You still need a car because the house is on the heights, but easy to access, with parking space!! In short, happiness!!! Thanks again to Tihana and her parents for this stay and their hospitality!! ☺️☺️

Great place with an amazing view. My recommendation.

A really lovely place, beautifully decorated and filled with character. Follow the steps down to the sea and you have the many beaches and coves at your disposal. Lunch and dinner at the local restaurants were excellent and close to the property. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home - absolutely loved the stay.

This villa is heaven! The views and outdoor space are beyond amazing. We already want to come back. The hosts are so friendly and offered to get groceries for us and fresh fish if we wanted. The mini apartment room downstairs is a nice treat as well. Book a rental car for the island, you will be on a quiet end of the island & need transportation. You will not regret booking this place!!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

We were warmly welcomed by Lydia and her husband Nikola with a welcome gift. The description of the house is 100% correct. We got tips for activities and restaurants. Lydia was always quick to reach. We were seen off by both of them on the day of our departure. If you are looking for peace, you will find it there, in the middle of the mountains with a breathtaking view.

A somewhat more secluded villa, but everything is easily accessible by car. The roads caused some problems at the beginning, but the whole thing was definitely worth it! Jasminka was very accommodating and extremely helpful. She even helped us to get a rental car shortly before the trip (4 hours before the flight), as the other provider only takes credit cards. She provided us with everything we asked for (detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc.) The place was very nice and the most important, CLEAN. There was an immediate response when the garbage had to be picked up or the pool had to be cleaned. The general cleaning was announced the day before. This villa is highly recommended for everyone, provided you are mobile. A lot can be reached within an hour's drive. Beaches, restaurants, cities, caves and much more. You can also get more tips from Jasminka, such as: shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, etc.
