Check in was very simple and straightforward, the cabin was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has almost all the utensils you need, there was even cooking spray and salt/pepper available. No bath towels or kitchen towels, but you would probably want to bring your own anyway. 5/5 would stay here again and again!
A semi-private dock extends over the water, featuring two red and two blue chairs arranged for relaxation. A boat is secured nearby, covered for protection. Lush green foliage surrounds the area, with trees providing shade along the shore.

We just returned from a blissful week at a lakeside cottage, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The cottage offered stunning views of the shimmering lake, especially at sunrise. Each day started with coffee on the porch, listening to the gentle lapping of water. After that, we were exploring nearby hiking trails, all while soaking in the natural beauty around us. The cottage itself was charming and well-equipped, providing all the comforts of home with a rustic twist. The peace and tranquility were exactly what we needed to recharge. The host That is responsive and always willing to help with good advice and recommendations Overall, it was an unforgettable getaway, full of laughter, relaxation, and connection with nature. We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The suite was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views. The rooms were not only comfortable but thoughtfully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind — and somehow knew that two women would greatly appreciate having a bowl of chocolates waiting for us. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning!

Peter’s cottage was exactly what my family and I were looking for! It was so peaceful, the view is absolutely gorgeous, there was so much to do, and the cottage alone makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Peter was an amazing host, he answered any question I had very quick and was so helpful and extremely nice! Fishing off the dock was amazing, Peter also let us use his paddle boat and kayak which was so much fun to go exploring, having a fire at night and roasting some marshmallows while looking at a gorgeous clear view of the night sky was one of my favourite moments. To get away from the city and into this beautiful secluded cottage was a dream come true and I cannot wait to rent this cottage again and again.
The chalet features a distinct architectural design with a sloped roof and large triangular windows. A spacious deck is supported by concrete, providing seating options. A landscaped area with stone accents and grass surrounds the structure, framed by mature trees and a cloudy sky.

My family and I stayed here for one week. The location is excellent with a beautiful view and direct access to Rice Lake. Harraj communicated effectively and responded quickly to all requests & questions. She went out of the way to arrange a Kayak for my daughter. All amenities mentioned were available in abundance and of good quality. In short, we enjoyed it and will come here again. Will recommend this to my friends and relatives.
