Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnung, studio smeraldo mit 3 Zimmern und fast 70 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.
