Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gooimeer

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Fantastisch verblijf in Cottage Paulus Wat een geweldige ervaring! Het boshuisje ‘Paulus’ is sfeervol ingericht en ligt op een prachtige, rustige plek midden in de natuur. Precies wat we nodig hadden om even helemaal op te laden. We waren er met onze twee honden, en ook zij hadden de tijd van hun leven. De ruime, volledig omheinde tuin was perfect – veilig én groot genoeg voor eindeloos snuffelen en rondscharrelen. Fareen, de gastvrouw, is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanaf het eerste contact voelde alles vertrouwd en relaxed. Ze reageerde snel op vragen en gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel. Een aanrader voor iedereen die houdt van rust, natuur en een diervriendelijke plek met karakter. Wij komen zeker terug!

我们团队一行6人，商务行后旅行经过一晚，1、房屋主人主动沟通确认到达时间，原计划8:30到，实际到达要9:30-10点了，提前1小时通知，房东非常有耐心； 2、房子里有树屋和秋千； 3、方便停车🅿️； 4、周围2.5KM有大海和海滩，沙滩上有贝壳🐚，很适合散步看海踩沙滩🏖️；

We had a wonderful holiday in Moniek’s beautiful house. We were so comfortable and relaxed as Moniek provided everything we could need. There were lots of lovely, stylish extras in her house too that made our stay feel special. The neighbourhood is great; quiet, peaceful and full of beautiful views of boats, beaches parks, nature and water. Yet there is also loads to do with teenagers, being so close to Amsterdam, Ajax and Delft. Almere is the perfect place to explore by cycling. The week went so quickly. Moniek was very helpful in giving useful and detailed info and in answering questions quickly. I would 100% highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

Heel fijn weekend gehad. Genoten van de fijne tuin met verschillende zitjes en natuurlijk de wellness. Huisje is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed was zeer comfortabel. Mooie rustige omgeving en op 20-30 minuutjes rijden van diverse leuke steden. Joop en Thea zijn zeer vriendelijk en staan direct voor je klaar. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

Perfect location, unique way to stay in the city. Would highly recommend. Very different experience, of course, than a home or hotel but this makes travel more fun. Being right on the "skinny" bridge was a fantastic experience. Great for people watching or just quickly being right in the middle of everything.

Ich habe mit meiner Hündin ein paar schöne Tage bei Siennie in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Check-IN und Check-Out verlief unkompliziert, es steht ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gab alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe. Das Highlight war aber natürlich der zu Fuß zu erreichende Strand. Leider erfährt man erst vor Ort, dass Hunde weder auf das Sofa, noch mit ins Bett dürfen. Es wäre schön gewesen, diese Information bereits vor der Buchung zu bekommen. Abgesehen davon war aber alles andere perfekt, und ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.

Patries und Mike sind phänomenale Gastgeber und herzensgute Menschen - sowohl zu ihren Gästen als auch ihren Tieren auf dem Hof. Die Liebe zu ihrem Hof spürt man sofort und die Atmosphäre ist dadurch einmalig. Ganz tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen, die die beiden geben für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Sowohl wir als auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich unglaublich willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

Sehr nette, kommunikative Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Betten waren komfortabel und alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten nette Gespräche mit Trienie und Sie hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

We stayed for a couple of days while visiting Amsterdam and Leiden - it was fantastic for the train and a real quiet cosy little place Kitty was a lovely host, she sent the most comprehensive directions I’ve ever gotten to find the place from the station and was super speedy to respond. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Zandvoort. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos – sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nah zum Strand, zur Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Annette war eine großartige Gastgeberin: sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Casa di campagna accogliente e pulita, con vista su un mulino a pochi passi. Ampio soggiorno, cucina nuova. Apprezzata la presenza di caffè, olio, sale, pepe, bagnoschiuma, ecc. I maiali e il cane sono molto socievoli, anche con i bambini, per i quali sono presenti anche altalena, dondolo, tappeti elastici. Esther e Erik si sono mostrati molto gentili, disponibili e riservati. Soggiorno rilassante e super consigliato!

Super Gastgeber, Netter Ansprechpartner, viele Materialien zu Verfügung, Shampoo, und Cafepads und Strandspielzeug. Super für Kinder, außer an der Treppe muss man etwas aufpassen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Ob einkaufen, Strand oder Dünen. Was will man mehr. Vielen Vielen Dank für unseren Kurzurlaubstrip bei euch. 🙂

Great host and great place. Very special venue, extraordinarily peaceful and comfortable with beautiful surroundings explorable by boat. Thank you Erik for taking such great care of us and being so responsive.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der tolle Garten ist ein Traum für jeden Hundebesitzer und für Naturverbundene. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und nicht aufdringlich. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Wendela sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das „Rosenhäuschen“ war genau das, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war unser „ Home away from home“. Und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Heel gezellig en knus huisje. Heel mooi ingericht en aardige host! Alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig!

Een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze ruime woning. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Ook genoten van de infrarood sauna.

Het vakantie huis van jet was geweldig! Wij gingen met 5 meiden op vriendinnenweekend en dit was precies een huis wat we zochten, lekker groot, grote eettafel waar we met z’n 5en aan hebben geschilderd en lekker gegeten. Plus en frituur op 3 min rijden wat erg fijn was. Het huisje zelf was ontzettend netjes en schoon bij aankomst en we werden hartelijk ontvangen. De douche was heel erg top! Erg ruim en heerlijk warm op de badkamer. Genoeg handdoeken en andere spullen aanwezig. En de slaapzolder was fantastisch!!! Gezellig bij elkaar slapen en met een heerlijke zoninval wakker worden ;) Lekker geslapen in fijne bedden! En de locatie was voor ons helemaal goed. We waren in 20 min in Nijmegen. En 20 min andere kant op bij een scooter verhuur waar wij 5 geweldige e choppers hebben kunnen huren om een middagje door Maas en Waal land te rijden. Kortom, erg genoten van dit weekend!

Leuk huisje in bosrijke omgeving. Prima om n paar dagen te onthaasten. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super week-end chez Magdalena. Bonne communication avant notre arrivée, arrivée et accueil parfaits. Nous avons rencontré Magdalena plus tard dans la soirée, une personne charmante qui fait tout pour que ses visiteurs passent un bon moment. Le logement est très confortable, au calme dans un environnement exceptionnel entre terre et mer. Un énorme merci à Magdalena et son mari pour leur hospitalité extraordinaire.
