On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. This holiday home with a private sauna, located close to Świnoujście, is perfect for families or friends with their pets. The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

Domek Lawenda is in a quiet, safe part of Szczecin, near Police (about 15 min each way). Surrounded by forests, fields and lakes, it’s perfect for peaceful walks or a relaxing break from city life. Shops and Vendo Park are close by for convenience. Inside, enjoy a cosy 55 m² space with PS4, Netflix, UNO cards & Scrabble — perfect for winter evenings or fun with friends. Outside, the beautiful garden is ideal for morning coffee, unwinding, or a relaxing evening barbecue.

Our farm is in a secluded location picturesquely surrounded by fields with a wide view over gentle hills that do not allow boredom to arise. You can relax wonderfully here. Cranes, frogs and crickets alternate in the background throughout the year. Anyone who vacations with us between April and September can get their fill of the flight skills of the barn swallows. Deer sometimes come into the garden and enjoy fallen apples in autumn.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
