Gorgeous fully self-contained apartment in the iconic Q1 resort and Spa. Centrally located with 2 minute walk to light rail and beach 500 metres. Property has pools, spa, outdoor bbqs, loungers, games room, gym, steam room and sauna. Perfect holiday destination. Just far enough from Cavill Ave to be out of the noise and easy to get to Broadbeach and other parts of the GC. You don't really need a rental car as transport on the Glink is at the door. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted.

The views from this apartment will take your breath away. It was hard to leave as it was so beautiful. When you do leave you’re super close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are super comfy, all rooms are spacious, onsite has pool/spa/sauna/gym. This apartment has everything you could possibly want. Emma was lovely to deal with, I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Trent was extremely helpful and clear with check in instructions. Place was beautiful, great view and overall had a very pleasant stay. Just some minor flaws, there were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen and the bed in the bedroom was too thin imo. Other than that; great place to stay in Surfers Paradise!

Possibly the cleanest and most uncluttered airbnb I've stayed at. Essentially a hotel room with a few extra bits. Location is hard to beat - view of the ocean, walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise, tram line right at the door for going further. Stayed here for an AFL game and the bus stop that goes to Nerang was right outside the building. Perfect.

Neil and Alicia were fantastic hosts and made sure we felt right at home. Its a great space for a family holiday. They provided cots, high chairs, toys and books for the kids. The place is newly renovated and really nice with plent of room. Nice and central to everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!
