Beachfront vacation rentals in Godwin Beach

The perfect place for Dad's 75th birthday weekend with heaps of space for 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The weather wasn't great but the pool table was a winner. Lots of couch space meant we could all be together if we wanted. Beds were comfy. And so convenient to go walking along the passage (when the rain stopped). Sunset looking towards the Glasshouse Mountains was beautiful.

Thank you for sharing your place with us! Such a great location, minutes walk to beach or to shops, lots of options around for food. Unit was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Check in was so flexible and easy, made everything a breeze. We would definitely come and stay again. Highly recommend this little unit in the heart of Caloundra for your next getaway!

A great sized apartment and perfectly located to access everything on Bribie Island. We had my elderly mother-in-law with us and it was an easy and safe apartment for her. No steps or hazards. Robyn was very responsive and a great host. Would absolutely recommend this apartment.

A beautiful spot with just the right amount of privacy being this close to the beach ( you can almost touch it. And easy walk to Moffat Beach to the north and King Tide beach to the south. The accommodation is spacious and a nice grassed area. Everything you need is here and would recommend it to anyone for a short or long stay. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

We loved our stay at Kings Beach. The location is fantastic!! Glorious beach views. Step out the gate and onto the sand. The unit was very comfortable to stay in, with plenty of seating options, comfy beds, great shower, spacious kitchen and living areas. Amenities and supplies (e.g. Kitchen utensils) were just the right amount, not too cluttered as some can be, but had everything we needed for the week. And the hosts were exceptionally responsive to the small questions we had! 10/10 would recommend.

A lovely apartment in ideal location a very short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Very nicely styled space with comfortable bed and couch. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the early mornings watching the sunrise over the water from the balcony and rooftop. The perfect place for some much needed r&r. Lovely place, the apartment was very similar to what was pictured. The view is unreal, it was so nice sitting outside on the balcony. Cafes, restaurants and pubs are within a 15 minute walk along with a bowling alley and other shops. Julie-Anne responded to messages very quickly and is very kind, thank you so much for the stay! Will definitely return again.

What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights: - Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host! - The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals. - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Beautiful, needed a holiday from life and this place did not disappoint. Kids had a ball.. Definitely will visit again. Villa is very spacious and the aircon was so good throughout the villa. Thanks for the stay 😊

Fabolous apartment, well appointed, in an amazing location.

Excellent location for our family, close to the beach and lagoon. Magical outlook to the ocean. We loved our third stay and the host is fantastic - very responsive.

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything your heart desires. The place couldn't be better. The hosts were super nice, always responded immediately. I highly recommend this place.

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this charming 70s-style beach house. The nearby beach, while beautiful, seemed a bit dangerous for swimming, but we enjoyed swimming safely between the flags at Caloundra Beach, which is only a short distance away. There, you'll find great cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds. The house itself was comfortable, although it got a bit warm without air conditioning, but there were fans available to keep things cool. One thing to note is that the decking around the house could be dangerous for small children, so extra caution is needed. David was an excellent and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great place to stay for a good holiday.

Such a great unit! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our kids. Georgia was great to deal with, really clear in things to do, places to go and where to eat out 😊 Extremely helpful with different check in times made for such a good flow in a driving holidays.! The unit itself is exactly like the pictures and so welcoming. Heaps of space, kitchen is FULL of appliances so handy! Rooms are large and beds a comfortable, kids also loved having a tv in their room!. Georgia was so easy to deal with made our stay here way better then others we have stayed during our holidays.!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Well equipped and served us well in some inclement weather. Well located within the Tangalooma Resort limits only a short walk to the main hub. Car park and beach right out front adding to the convenience. The house was large enough to comfortably house 6 adults and 2 kids. The only negative was that we had to go home.

We had the best little family trip to Caloundra at Natalie's place. I cannot recommend enough- such a thoughtfully appointed and furnished space, it had everything we needed for a weekend away. Thew view of the water from the balcony is lovely, and it was so conve ient to park the car and not have to worry about driving anywhere for the weekend. And Natalie is an absolutely fantastic host - proactive and clear communication, so much kindness, and so generous. I really recommend Natalie's place for a beach retreat, and hope to be back!
