Everything is a 3-5 minute walk away. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, dining area/living area available. In addition, you have the luxury of an approx. 40 sqm terrace with views of the lake and the mountains. You can also use the Weber gas grill or relax on the sun loungers.

You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
