The 100 sqm house, for the exclusive use of guests (max 8 people), is located 500 m from the Bug river. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (there is already a door) and a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room and a covered veranda of 20m2. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with 3 sleeping places (a bed and 2 mattresses on pallets). The house is comfortable for 2 families.

Our cottage is a habitat consisting of a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

It offers a large living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window, a kitchen with 2 kitchenettes, and terraces. An atmospheric 64m² room for workshops/events and a stable converted into an art gallery are available. You can relax in the wood-fired sauna. The area is fenced, with a large parking lot and a direct exit to the wild meadows by the Bug River.

It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.
