It has two bedrooms decorated in a similar, modern style, with comfortable continental beds. The first bedroom has a large double bed, and the second has two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. In the living room there is a fold-out, comfortable sofa, and next to it there is an exit to a large balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a playground for children next to the block.

The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.
