Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gloucester County

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

Mary was a fantastic host this weekend for my brothers Bachelor Party! Property is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of sleeping space and community areas like the beach and firepit. Would highly recommend this property for people visiting the Williamsburg VA area!

What a beautiful place for our 3 generation family vacation (ages 1 yr {we brought our own pack n play} to late 50s). We really enjoyed all the extra outdoor stuff, like the kayaks, and canoes, fire pit with plenty of seating, and the hammocks. The storm surge brought the river into the yard for the first day or so but even that we loved. Our dogs lovedbiunding around in it and our little ones enjoyed it as well. Mark was a great communicator. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was quick to respond when a couple of "life hiccups" happened. The house itself has something for everyone, from the movies to the video games and books and games and even toys for kids. Our family especially enjoyed the Florida room off of the Mastoer King bedroom. We definitely recommend Mark's house at Piankatank Point!

The check-in process, with the resort, includes repeated attempts to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The resort's activities center staff was rude when we signed up for an activity. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The resort has a gym, but it's small and has limited equipment. The accommodations are clean and offers everything we were looking for. The furnishings could use updating though. The location is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne Settlement, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Everything was excellent except check in. The email we received from Air Bnb said check in was 3pm but it was actually 4pm so we had to wait an hour and lost time at Busch Gardens. The actual house we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Would book again. Highly recommend

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.
