Ian and I welcome you to a wee taste of country life and country noise, less than an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock, or grunt from the roar (April/May). It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Little Bush House - luxurious retreat

The Little Bush House was my 10-year-old son’s and my first stay upon arrival to NZ. It was the perfect place to recover from a long flight. A beautiful and comfortable space with stunning views through wall to ceiling windows was ideal for hunkering down through several days of rain. The gardens were fantastic for popping outside in between showers. Great proximity to the Titirangi town center, beautiful coastline, the Waitakere Range, and just a short hop from Auckland. Sarah and Guy are warm, lovely, generous people who put their hearts into hosting. I hope to return and highly recommend!

We used Stacey’s home as a base for our wedding weekend. It is in a rural location but the home is easy to find. It was neat, clean and had stunning views. The home is fully equipped which came in handy. Stacey is also super responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Kaukapakapa, Faye and Dan were perfect hosts and Wallace and Darwin were always pleased to see us. Probably the carrots carrots really. There is plenty of space and all the amenities you could wish for. Thank you very much for everything.
