A fantastic beach cottage that is highly recommended. Everyone talks about the views and the settings - and for very good reason. This is possibly one of the best located options in all of Tasmania. Primrose Sands is a stunning curved beach with benign waters, and the cottage is right on the beach. The cottage is very comfortable, and extremely well kitted out. The kitchen is excellent, with modern equipment, a well stocked pantry and lots of gadgets. The bedrooms comfortable, and we really appreciated the wood burner and the ready supply of logs. However, the allure is outside and we loved the access to sea kayaks which provided the highlight of our trip - watching a pod of dolphins cavorting around the kayaks. There are (well kept and good quality) life jackets - as well as fishing rods and toys for younger children. Port Arthur is an excellent day trip option from here, and we’d also recommend Bangor Vineyard for an outstanding lunch and vineyard tour. We hope to come back soon!

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Misha’s cabin, I booked it as a surprise after proposing and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s in such a beautiful location close to the beach and one of the highlights was definitely seeing all the wallabies in the paddocks surrounding us, especially the albino ones! I will definitely be recommending this cabin to friends and family!

We loved our weekend getaway here! The place felt like home the moment we walked in and it had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to the Fluted Cape track, and there’s a perfect swim spot right out the front. Plus, the views are amazing. Highly recommend staying here! :)

We loved our stay. It was a short drive to the sites on the Peninsula and the view from the house was stunning- I don't think the photos on Airbnb do it justice at all- waking up to that view is fantastic. The house was well equipped and we loved the heated outdoor alcove in the evening and the firepit. There are 2 well stocked IGAs within 5 mins drive.

The stay was wonderful and pleasant. My friends and I had so much fun staying here with great views and a jacuzzi. This accomodation is worth the price. Paul and Tonya were great hosts, answered all our queries and were very proactive and friendly in responding. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

This was a great stay for our first holiday together. We had privacy with an amazing view over Hobart and Mt Wellington from the living room. It was extremely cosy at night and easy to travel into Hobart city and local shops. Google Maps sends you to the back driveway when looking up 1B Robin Ct. It was easier to enter ‘1 Robin Ct’ which also helped our Uber driver too. Besides that, Ben provided great instructions for when you get to the main driveway. The house smelled delicious too!

We had such a fantastic stay at this lovely spot in Dover! The house was spotless, super tidy, and had everything we needed. Even the fire was prepped and ready to light, which made for the perfect cosy nights in. We loved the bikes (even if we’re not quite Tour de France material), and while it was too chilly for the kayaks and paddle boards, they’ll have to wait for our next trip! We had a great time exploring the local area and Hobart, caught some fish off the local pier (dinner sorted!), and made the most of the amazing local apple suppliers. A big thank you as well for the lovely bread you left for us, such a thoughtful touch. You really made our stay special, and we hope to come back!

Such an amazing location and a delightful authentic Tassie house with all the amenities but with enormous charm. The bed in the front room was incredibly comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. We lit a fire despite it being summer just for the atmosphere. Will come again

This place was such an amazing place to stay couldn’t recommend it anymore to anyone wanting to stay around Hobart or Penna area. The photos don’t do justice to how peaceful, remote and beautiful this place is. The deck has a wonderful view looking out onto Penna’s beach and it’s only a short walk down to the beach. Steve was such a great host as-well always responsive and left little touches around the house to make you feel really welcome. A really great place for a family to get away and just relax in a beautiful surrounding.

This property is in an amazing position with beautiful views from the deck and the house. It is just above the beach, which is at the bottom of the garden. It is clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could need. There is lots of space both inside and out and hearing the waves is extremely relaxing. Communication was always friendly and easy. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house looks like something out of Grand Designs! It is so spacious and beautiful. The bench seat has the most perfect view of all the trees and the sea! I would highly recommend this place particularly for larger gatherings as it is so huge with plenty of storage and entertainment for children.

Thank you so much for sharing a space around your fireplace 🔥 and creating a memorable experience for us all - including our pet Daisy Doo. A wonderful place and a great area. Close to beach/park and 20 minute walk to shops. Great outdoor area with fire pit and bbq indoor area was big and comfy for a large group. Missed a dryer or outside clothesline but mainly cause we had 6 adults, a toddler and 8 month old twins 😂
