Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

The home is built into a hill so you will need to walk up a series of steps & stoned in the back from the parking area to enter. Due to this our home may not be ideal for everyone.

It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design.
