This was our second time at Marta’s place and we will be back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental in Sylvan Lake. Well stocked, clean, comfortable. The amenities just add to the ambience. Walkable to beach, shopping and great restaurants. Marta is a gracious, responsive host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special. This place is suitable for everyone!

This is a great place for an extended family gathering. An upstairs rec area with foosball and some classic arcade games keeps kids occuped! It is a short walk (5 mins) to the lake and lakefront area. Suzanne was a great communicator, very proactive, who provided detailed instructions which made it easy for us in all aspects of the stay. The house was fully stocked with cooking supplies, ingredients and snacks, which really worked for us. I highly recommend this place.

An amazing, pet friendly place with everything you could want. All the comforts of home in a wonderful location close to everything and steps to the lake. Hosts were super helpful and responsive when we asked a few questions about the TV & hot tub. Would love to come again!! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Courtney's home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host put so much care and thought into every detail of the space. Had an amazing stay at Carolyn's place. The house was beautiful and in such a great location. There was plenty of space for all of us and then some! We were greeted with a wonderful surprise for our friends birthday and some lovely treats for everyone as well. This house is perfect for a small group of friends or a family vacation, everything you could need is available to you and Carolyn is an amazing host - friendly, quick replies, helpful and you can really tell she loves this property and cares for it very well. There are games, cozy beds, outdoor hangout spots, fun beach items, and even more. Our group as a whole agreed we would recommend this place to others and would absolutely consider it for any future trips!

This home is well maintained, it is right behind some train tracks but it did not bother us at all when the trains went by. The amenities were great and I loved how many things were in a walkable distance. We also did some cooking in the kitchen and it was really nice having all the tools we needed (and extra) there!

Beautiful home and lovely stay. Justine was kind and accommodating. We really appreciated having her as a host with her beautiful home. I do wish it was closer to the lake like the photos but that's my fault for not reading the location closer! I would highly recommend this home.

Second stay here at “the rec base” with my lady and our 2 dogs. It was wonderful. This time we stayed in the dead of winter and it was so peaceful and quiet. We bundled up and walked the property, sat by the fireplace, put on some music and enjoyed some REAL down time. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise. We’re already planning our next stay. :-)

We were a group of 5 and our stay was great. Sean was very responsive and flexible when we needed to extend our check out time. Fresh fruit, ice cream and whatever was in the fridge was offered which was a really nice touch. Very clean and comfortable like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

The home may seem small but it was actually quite spacious for a group of 7. It provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable weekend getaway. The party garage was also a really nice touch for a fun-filled stay. The host was also very accommodating and welcoming. A true home away from home and we will definitely book again in the future!

Well equipped, clean and beautiful home. Mili and Dan are lovely hosts! They are responsive and helpful. We also really appreciated the welcome package information which allowed us to get settled in very easily. Location and home allows for lots to do or to simply relax. We had a wonderful stay.
