Tiffany was a great host. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy with a personal favorite being the kitchen with all of its supplies. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good spot in Old City!

I booked this place for a weekend trip for a group of 6 friends. We really loved how spacious the apartment was - the 3 beds, and 3 full baths were perfect. The living room and kitchen were so open, fully stocked, and we loved the natural light and high ceilings. The location of the apartment was great for walking to Chinatown and Old City. Yoseph was a wonderful host as he was super responsive to questions and checking in during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. All in all, would highly recommend staying here!

My two school-age kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Anne and Ariel's historic row house, on a beautiful tree-lined lane right off of South Street. The location is ideal: very walkable and close to tons of good restaurants as well as treasures like the Magic Gardens and the Queen & Rook Game Cafe—and yet, despite being in the middle of everything, it also feels peaceful, quiet, tucked-away. The house is perfectly cozy with a great kitchen and a private garage; check-in and check-out are super-easy and we got some terrific restaurant recommendations. We loved our week in Philly and we'd stay at Anne and Ariel's again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The place was comfortable and spacious. We were there for visiting family and it was a great place for us all to gather. Instructions for using the various amenities were very clear and easy to follow. The location is great for getting to local shops and restaurants, and it is an easy train trip into Philadelphia from the location. Dave is a great host, being friendly and easy to reach.

Elaine was an excellent host. The house was in a great location, very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars. House was clean , spacious and comfortable. Will definitely rent again. Also, by some miracle , always found a parking space !! ha!~

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

My family was so happy and felt comfortable to this amazing, cozy home. Nagi and his wife was so friendly and very responsive. We loved so much the serenity of nature and calmness of this place, We experienced to pet their horses and our furry loves to run freely in the vicinity. This is the prefect place to relax and recharge, most of all to embrace the gift of nature. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely book here when we visit again the beautiful State of Delaware. Thank you so much.
