On arrival to Adam’s place I was extremely impressed by the openness and cleanliness of the apartment, even tho there are many units surrounding we still felt like our privacy wasn’t compromised. The pool area and surrounding gardens and amenities are very well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze with their online check in procedure,all we had to do was get the key. Thankyou and credits to all for a great and peaceful getaway.

We recently stayed at Jey’s Place (Tandem Sands) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jey was an incredible host – responsive, accommodating, and made our split-weekend stay seamless, even letting us store gear midweek while we were off doing an adventure race. The apartment was spotless, with easy access to the shared laundry, gym, and everything in town – the pub across the road, shops close by, and a short stroll to the beach. Jey even set up an ice bath and sauna for us – which we didn’t get to use this time, but definitely will next visit. Thanks again for your warm hospitality and making our stay so easy!

Perfect location to enjoy Agnes Water, at its heart, close to beach and shops, yet also quiet and peaceful. Beautiful garden outlook too. The accommodation was spotless, with more than the necessary accompaniments (and I did eat the chocolate in the fridge one evening😁).

Joanna and Anita made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Lady Agnes is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The home offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the beach, the beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor dining area is perfect for enjoying meals throughout the day. As a family of five, we found the main lounge area a bit limited - we couldn’t all fit onto the couch, the additional chairs weren’t very comfortable for movie nights. Also, the path leading from the beach access stairs could use some maintenance. It’s quite rocky, and the area is covered in spiky weeds that stick to everything and can be painful if stepped on. Overall, it’s the perfect house to relax, unwind, and surf your heart out from morning till night. We will be back for sure and thanks for having us 🫶
