Villa vacation rentals in Gjirokastër County

We were staying at the apartment for four days for my brother’s bachelor’s trip. We couldn’t have had a better time! I would like to highlight a few things here: The communication with Kristo was outstanding, as he replied quickly and was offering help whenever we needed it. The accommodation itself was more spacious than we thought, beautifully located and had all the utilities we needed. And lastly, one big highlight for us was the dog who lives in the area and who accompanied us on our hikes. :) Thank you to Kristo & his family for helping make this unforgettable trip happen!

A very big thank you for hosting us and for the tips given for activities around Gjirokaster. The house is perfectly located 5 min from the historic city center. Two small grocery stores are right next to the house. The house is perfectly equipped, the air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly. Thank you for this trip!

Upon arrival in the village we thought... when opening the fence a lovely house. It is nice and quiet and the house sparkling clean A good location for trips to Butrint, blue eye and Gjirokaster. There discovered a top restaurant where we ate 2x and also as a vegetarian it was a freestyle. Go do this: The Barrels Ms. There you will eat among the grapevines overlooking the chickens . Every evening and morning a flock of sheep through the street, also super nice and wonderful that village feeling. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our questions. If you like peace and still authentic, we definitely recommend it. Which was also nice, the downstairs neighbor greeted us every day when we went out with Hey Hey Kalimera. And she was super proud that we took a photo of her. All in all, it was a nice stay

The House is absolutley stunning! We would love to come back one day :)

My wife and my two kids had a great time in the house. Borsh beach is just a short drive away and small markets and restaurants are in walking distance.

Highly recommended place to visit the southern part of Albania. Located in a very quiet village with stunning views. The beach 12 min away is very cute and quiet to go with kids. It doesn't have AC, but we didn't need it, despite being August, because there are ceiling fans and there is a lot of airflow.

We stayed at the villa for a couple of nights with our friends. The villa was amazing, it was exactly how it was described. Daniel was responding to our messages very fast so the customer service was excellent.The location was so peaceful and lots of nature, beaches . You definitely need a car to navigate the region ,we rented the car so we had no issues of travelling to tourist spots

Just had an incredible stay at this central spot in Sarandë, and I can't recommend it enough. Prime location and will return again. You're smack in the middle of everything — beaches, restaurants, nightlife. It's all within walking distance. The host, Kejsi, was super kind and warm, communicative, very welcoming, and overall super helpful. The place itself was spotless, super clean. Central but still hidden and private. Everything worked seamlessly, from Wi-Fi to kitchen appliances. In short, if you're considering a trip to Sarandë, just book this place. You won't regret it!

We stayed 2 weeks in Antonio's beautiful house and enjoyed our time very much. The house has an incredible location and is located on a quiet beach - incl. good bars, delicious restaurants and nature where you look. The sea is within walking distance in 2 minutes and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. Small deficiencies that are hopefully resolved: - There is only 1 key, if the house is designed for 12 people, of course you need more freedom of movement. - The power often went out (in the whole village), but the fuse box started to spray sparks after some on the switch on. After all, an electrician from the area was able to help us. An all-around check of the house electrical would certainly be an advantage. As a side note: The small road to the house is only made with clay, caution is required in the rain (mud holes and risk of slipping), but quite passable with patience. All in all: A PLACE TO VISIT AGAIN!

The house is great ! Without a doubt, the best building in Sarandë. The treatment is very good and the view is unbeatable. The house equipment is very nice. To spend the days I do not recommend the beaches of Ksamil or Sarande , many people and few amenities , it is better to travel more and get away. The best was the Himare area and from there the tours in Barco to the beaches. More cute , less people and good restaurants. Without a doubt the time we spent inside the house was very relaxing and fun, we would say that even better than the one we passed through the beaches that I do not recommend the nearby ones.

The property itself is gorgeous, with amazing views that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were very responsive to our requests for missing essentials like dish wash etc. which was much appreciated. They were also helpful in arranging a driver and having caretakers around to clean. However, there were a few drawbacks. The air conditioning didn't work too well which was slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, the upstairs room could have been cleaner. Overall a beautiful place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at Angelo’s. He was friendly and very hospitable. The view was spectacular, the pool at the hotel was lovely, and the location was very convenient and close to everything. We were very happy and would be happy to recommend his place to travellers!

Nice place to stay, for family, modern furnishings, value for money. Too bad there are cameras set up by the pool, there is no privacy. You have to walk a long way down to the beach especially back very tiring

A Perfect Nature Escape with Private Pool I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and it was an absolute dream! Tucked away in nature, this property is a hidden gem for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a stunning natural setting. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery, and the open-plan layout makes it feel light and airy. Every room feels connected to nature, and you really get the sense of being in a secluded paradise. The private pool is the highlight! Perfectly maintained and surrounded by trees, it’s the ideal spot for a refreshing swim or just lounging by the water. We spent hours there, soaking in the peaceful environment. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area where we enjoyed meals, with the sounds of nature all around.

Alisa’s place was wonderful! Beautiful location, the two restaurants near the house were delicious with the loveliest owners and super affordable. The house was peaceful and well equipped and Alisa was a dedicated and wonderful host. Worth noting that it’s a bit of a steep and rocky walk from the car park to the car, but only a few minutes walk. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our girls trip. Thank you Alisa!

9 days spent with my parents and two children. Great house, accurate photos and well equipped. Cleaning done several times during the stay. Terrace with great sunset views. Center accessible in 20 minutes on foot, at the best! Super responsive host whenever we needed help or for air conditioning issues, it was a great stay, I recommend it. Things to know: parking €15 per day, swimming pool €7 per day and beach €5 per day (we preferred to explore the surroundings of Saranda, we had a car that made it easier for us to get around;)

The location is what we wanted quiet and a short distance from the city The pool is fine and from the house you can access (private) beaches on foot as well as a few restaurants Our host is very discreet and caring!
