Lovely newly renovated apartment close to nice condition and swimming opportunities. Located in quiet surroundings with lovely outdoor amenities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas as well as long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping possibilities within 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on which grocery store is chosen.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Delicious and secluded, but above all, a cozy summerhouse with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's finest beaches. The house is 64 sqm divided on two levels. Outside there are two terraces and a grass area with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min walk from a cozy marina with restaurants and ice cream stalls. Small 4 km to Grenaa city center which has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants and cultural experiences.
