Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. The year-round house is located on Lake Tajty (on the Great Masurian Lakes Trail) in Wilkasach-Zales, 4 kilometers from Giżycko, which is called the sailing capital of Mazuria. Located in the woods, 50 meters from the communal beach and the harbor. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence of 400 m² (living about 100 m²) with a large garden, year-round Jacuzzi, sun terrace, garden furniture and hammock, barbecue and parking.

That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

My small wooden house (30 m²), surrounded by greenery, is particularly suitable for families with children (from 5 years of age - because of the somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor.) It is fully equipped with a 55-inch TV, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave with grill function, and plenty of dishes. For the use of bicycles, sauna and hot tub, I am happy to receive a small entertainment donation. I live in the house next door and am here to help you. I speak Polish and German.
