We had a great stay at Antonio’s house! The house was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice enclosed garden and breathtaking views. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Antonio was so welcoming and hospitable that we felt like we came to visit a friend :) He provided lots of useful information about the area. We won’t hesitate to book a stay again if we return to Pescara region in the future!

The host is very welcoming and hospitable. The location is very close to the race track (Circuito Internazionale d'Abruzzo, 3 minutes) and beautiful Ortona.

The house is very large, clean and complete with everything, each room is equipped with air conditioning. The location is excellent with just over half an hour you can reach the Trabocchi, the gorges of San Martino, Roccascalegna. Ten minutes from there is also the path that leads to the waterfall of San Giovanni. The village of Guardiagrele is very interesting to visit. Sunday and Luciano were thoughtful and helpful hosts.

As soon as you're back and we hope to come back... Property in a good location, well cleaned and well-stocked. Beautiful outdoor space, parking inside the courtyard, which is a lot of stuff. The owners are two beautiful people, with whom to have a chat, it is a pleasure, kind and very helpful. We are super satisfied.

Franco was a very kind and friendly host. He met us for all our needs. Very helpful. The apartment was conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and easy to reach with luggage.

We were guests for a week as a family with friends and two little girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. In the house everything is available, and it is very spacious so comfortable. There are many nice beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

The villa is beautiful, renovated while maintaining its original identity but with all the necessary comforts and even more. In-room amenities better than a hotel, including toothbrushes. The rooms have a triple view with a beautiful view of the sea and where you can admire unforgettable sunrises, warm and thoughtfully furnished rooms. Kitchen equipped with lots of appliances, very large outdoor space, car parking, great selection of vinyl. A special mention to Nicola who welcomed us and illustrated the home and surroundings.

Great Villa very close to the beach and many restaurants! The Villa is spacious and clean, and there is a nice garden that is great to eat in or just sit and relax. Roberto and Francesco were great hosts. We’ll love to come back!

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

Beautiful location, large, clean and equipped with everything, just as described, immersed in the relaxation on the hill. Great as a base to go to the sea (15 minutes by car) but also allows you to spend entire days by the pool. Check-in and assistance throughout the stay, Rita assured, attentive and always kind. We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.

We had a great time, we enjoyed the pool and the flat was very nice! Christina was very helpful regarding the flat, amenities and other questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and one child for 10 days in Villa Miranda. The house is super spacious, space is more than enough. The location is ideal. A little outside, but beach, city and supermarket can be reached by car in a short time. We spent most of the time at the pool, which is in great condition and clean. The landlady is super nice and helpful. Would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately the vacation was over.

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

We (four adults and two children) enjoyed staying with Paul and May very much. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts - exactly as described and seen in the photos.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. We were able to eat there, the athletes rest during the day. The setting is very nice and the house very well maintained. Serena is very friendly and responsive when needed. I recommend Thanks
