House vacation rentals in Gisborne District

Stanford retreat was a beautiful home and exactly as described. Our hosts were very helpful and checked with me more than once to make sure we were happy and there were no problems. I would highly recommend them, and if we come back to Gisborne this will definitely be our first choice for accommodation in the future.

Had a great stay though the weather was not on our side. The house is lovely. Beds were very comfortable and fab having the pool option on the days that the wind made the beach wild and rough. The location was amazing as well and walks on beach which is across the road were fantastic.

We had a great time at this place. Kids absolutely loved the pool. The view of the green hills and farm animals just behind the backyard create a feeling of peace and tranquility, that we really needed. All shops and cafes are just 10 min driveaway. This is a comfortable, beautiful home with a wonderful, peaceful setting and very adequate space for a large family group. The pool and garden are an added bonus. Rosina communicated clearly. Highly recommended

We had a large group of travellers from the North and South Islands which made travel logistics as expected interesting. Knowing that we had the accommodation sorted at our destination was a relief. Kevin ensured that we had all the information that we required to make the most of our stay in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. The property had all the space and amenities that we required.

We absolutely loved staying at Jaime’s place! It was clean and tidy, and was close to everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighbourhood so we felt very safe and secure there. Jaime was very friendly and helpful - we will definitely book again in the future!

What a great place to stay. We had a team working at the local School staying here for the week and it proved to be an excellent property. Very comfy and had all the team needed for their stay away. Set back from the road and surrounded by a vineyard meant it was peaceful and quiet. Lisa and Geordie ere excellent hosts and communicated to us in a timely and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The photos really didn’t do it justice – it was much more spacious than they made it appear. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfortable it was. Highly recommend!

Great accomodation for a big family group, we loved the decor, & the beds that were comfy, plus the outdoor area was great for little ones to play as yard very secure. The kitchen had everything you could want for a big dinner or baking. Loved that there was lots of blankets and extra towels in the cupboard Thanks Jill for the excellent accomodation 😀

Craig’s property deserves 6 stars. Hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible and the house is beautifully presented. Craig is a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. And fresh eggs from the girls was an absolute treat. We will definitely be back but for longer next time!
