Isabel is a polite and attentive person, wonderful place, well located, clean and cozy. Everything you need for a peaceful stay.

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Although small, it is very comfortable, well ventilated, all new and extremely clean and organized, our stay was very comfortable. The location is phenomenal, close to the center, in a quiet neighborhood with night surveillance. Mr. João was always very helpful, answered us quickly and cordially, and made our checkout flexible according to our needs. If we are in SR in the future, we will definitely stay with Mr. João again. We stayed 03 nights out of 04 people at apt. 103. The building is new, very clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were quiet. The place is peaceful, we left our car on the building's freight and we didn't have any problems. The apartment is close to downtown. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. Mr. João Pedro was very kind and attentive from the beginning and always quickly answered my doubts. I will definitely go back to this location again.

Highly recommended. Impeccable sheets and towels. Although it is not downtown, it is a very quiet neighborhood and easy to access by the route to the paddle court (we went to play a tournament). I recommend it 🥰
