A BEAUTIFUL view of Taormina and mount Etna. The place was lovely, with amazing views and a nice open kitchen/living room. Both the kitchen and bedroom had doors out to the patio which was stunning. My only note is that it’s kind of located in a “no man’s land” of food/groceries and takes some serious hill climbing to get to each. But that’s also just part of Taormina and we expected it, so it was no problem for us.

We particularly liked Angela's on-site support. We were super briefed on everything. Chiara was always available and provided us with a parking space within 5 minutes' walking distance. Many tips helped us to quickly find our way around the village. Many thanks to Chiara and Angela. There were six of us in the accommodation and we also took care of ourselves. Everything was sufficiently available. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans. We say thank you and would be happy to come back.

It was a cozy and modern space where the host felt a lot of affection for the accommodation! Paolo was a really super kind person: (We arrived on the night train and arrived quite early, but right before the people met us before they even checked out, and they helped us check in after that: (They were so kind and thankful that we were so sorry. Roberto welcomed us very warmly, the house is very clean and cozy and there is a great restaurant nearby, there is a church near the house with a very beautiful view, highly recommended, if I return to Sicily next time, I will choose to stay in this house again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

I would recommend this place, we were very well received by Manuel who even helped me with my suitcase. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean, well decorated and equipped. It is perfect for 2 and is ideally located: close to a supermarket and 5 min walk to the main street of Taormina, while being in a quiet area.

It's an amazing village! And Cesare is a great host! The arancini at 20m are super good, the bar is typical and friendly, and there are very nice walks all around. My only regrets: not staying longer, and not speaking Italian well to be able to communicate with the inhabitants of the village who are very friendly.

The property is beautifully situated on the mountain, above the village. You have a view of the valley, the sea and the picturesque mountain village. Pietro and his wife were a very likeable couple and helped us at all times. The place is very nice, clean and modern. We were very comfortable! Thank you.

This is a rare gem! Absolutely breathtaking views and also even bigger than expected. The streets around are so cute and electric taxi is easy into town or ferry. Also, the bed is the best we’ve tried when travelling, with a perfect nights sleep after gazing at the stars. Stromboli vulcano is an excellent experience of a lifetime, we saw the lava up close - recommended!

+ Everything is good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Italian country house in Gerace! The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. The surroundings, with olive trees all around, are absolutely dreamy – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Mariagrazia and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and their tips for restaurants and local spots were truly great. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this place – and we would love to come back!

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

Such a special place! We enjoyed the terrace with the breathtaking view, the calm, the nature, the fireplace and special atmosphere so much that we consider going there again. If you are looking for a calm sanctuary where to load up your energies, this is the place to go. Salvatore was always super helpful with super fast replies and we picked up some of his recommendations about what to do in Calabria. Really good place also for more people, even if we were only two.

I'm very happy to stay at this place. The bed was probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. Located in a quiet location, close to important attractions, and at the same time no problem with parking. The host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here with all my heart!

Casa Lionessa, the location and the communication with Chiara was above my expectations. The view from of the bay and Mt Etna from the sunny terrace both day and night was spectacular and being across the road from the gorgeous park and moments from restaurants, bars and the Bam Bar made this an ideal romantic holiday location. The support I received from Chiara when my lugguage was lost by the airline was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

New apartment in great location, pleasant hosts! Within 5 minutes via stairs on a Caribbean dream beach, deserted, at least in September. Great terrace with sea and stream Boli views, daily sunset. Supermarkets nearby, car required. Also to Pizzo you should only drive by car. Beach bars were already closed in September, everything was very peaceful and quiet. Great clean sea with high temperatures, beach unfortunately heavily plastic littered

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We came from Savoy as a family. The accommodation was spacious beyond our expectations with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The area is peaceful and quiet and has all the necessary amenities. There was even a ping pong table. The hosts were very helpful and available for any request. We had a good exchange, they were even very attentive to us after 11 p.m.! Sincerely, very very far from disappointed, it's a nice and beautiful family. Pleasantly surprised, we'll be back.
