E-house is located a few meters from the free beach (about 150), which can be reached through the comfortable stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a sandy beach that is reserved even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that provides privacy if necessary.

Parking in the free area, while 2 minutes away is the "Palacultura" guarded municipal parking lot. All guests without their own vehicle are offered free transfer to the accommodation upon arrival.
