The apartment is warm with its woodwork, large wooden doors that open onto the beautiful terrace that has a sea view. What a pleasure to eat quietly outside, sitting facing the sea and surrounded by nature, mountains, sea while being 15 minutes from the historic city center. What could be better, in addition, than having the opportunity to eat sun-ripened oranges, picked from our host's garden. This apartment is equipped with a brand new fridge and stove, and the cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived, she welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, gave us beautiful places to visit and suggestions for good restaurants. Knowing that we wanted to rent a car for the day, she gave us a reference where the price was very affordable and where the staff spoke French. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Apartment in a very good location, bright, well decorated and well equipped. We had a great time in Milazzo, lots of sightseeing nearby, parking, on the street, no problem. We loved the visit to Milazzo Castle, numerous exhibitions and superb panorama.

I had the pleasure of spending three wonderful days with my partner and our two dogs in this beautiful location. The location is very strategic because you can easily reach both the center and the beach. The apartment is located in a house with a very well-kept garden. There are two entrances so you can get in and out without disturbing those in the main house. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, outdoor table and a comfortable area where you can relax in the evening and enjoy the peace that only that place can give. Our 4-legged friends also enjoyed the stay very much. I hope to be back soon, highly recommended!

The house exactly matches the description, very close to the sea and very clean. Everything is tidy and perfect! We needed a place that would allow us to relax without the need to move by any means to reach the sea and services (bars, pizzerias, markets, etc.) and we found it. Thank you Enrico

This is a rare gem! Absolutely breathtaking views and also even bigger than expected. The streets around are so cute and electric taxi is easy into town or ferry. Also, the bed is the best we’ve tried when travelling, with a perfect nights sleep after gazing at the stars. Stromboli vulcano is an excellent experience of a lifetime, we saw the lava up close - recommended!

With my friends we had a wonderful week at Nicoletta's house, who in addition to being super kind and hospitable gave us great tips on places to visit (especially the great restaurants!). The house matches the photos, has a lot of outdoor space, it is furnished in a minimal and tasteful style, perfect for 4 people and surrounded by greenery, flowers, citrus fruits and capers. We especially appreciated the outdoor showers given the great heat this summer! In the area there are bars, restaurants (including Le Macine that we fell in love with) the bus stop 2 meters away. In the house there is also a large space where you can park mopeds like us or a car. Thank you for everything Nicoletta (and Maria), we hope to be back very soon!

A great place to stay in lovely Malfa. We had a very relaxing holiday

Terrace with views to all the Aeolian Islands. Stunning sunsets at the foot of the volcano. A small village in which to disconnect from everything, relax and fully enjoy nature. Sea & Mountain. Wonderful!

The stylish house and the large garden are paradise. View perfect, you can see the Insfl Volcano, the sea and the stars at night. The sun shines directly into the bedroom in the morning. Good to think about whether to rent scooters or a small car. Walter helps with that. You can walk 1 hour from Lipari. The last about 300m to the house can only be made with very small cars (Fiat Panda) or scooters.

Francesco did a great Job. helped us getting to milazzo by recomending the Bus Services over train as the Trainstation ist on the outskirts of milazzo.

Everything was perfect during our stay in this traditional Eolian house. Couldn’t ask for better. Would love to come back. The host was very helpful with everything, he also organised our pick up from the harbour and shared with us useful contacts for activities, such as boat trips or scooter rentals.

For those who love tranquility and authenticity, Ginostra is a wonderful place, without cars. There is a family atmosphere, people who have been coming on vacation for decades, all very nice and friendly. Monica and Gianluca, who also manage one of the two grocery stores and other vacation homes, are very nice. We felt very good.

Highlights: - Beautiful, very clean, large apartment - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms - well-equipped kitchen - Large balcony - beautiful decoration, you felt right at home - Air conditioning available - about 1.5 km on foot from the center - Easy, self check-in / check-out - quick response by Domenico, very friendly and accommodating We would always book Domenico's apartment. We felt very comfortable. Only negative point: - no private parking. There are many parking options, but it was difficult to find a parking space at noon and around 6 pm.

perfect,next to the beach,with showers,very easy to park. At 200 meters, great bar with sweet and savory, and otherwise a 3-minute drive to Calderà square, Lidl 6 minutes by car. Recommended!

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Situated on a mountain the view was amazing. We woke up to a beautiful vista of the sea every morning. Pasqualle’s place is situated in such a way we were able to walk to the center of the historic city of lipari as well as in the other direction the Cannetto seaside. Everything was perfect. Coffee maker, washer, utensils, pots and pans, plates everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying in Pasqualle’s place. Although we had a car he met us at the port making arriving at his place easy.

Had a lovely stay, Nino’s mother Rosalia took great care of us!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, almost adjacent to the lake. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are close to the property and easily accessible. Mr. Luigi is a very helpful person. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. We recommend the stay.

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

I only spent one night at Paolas place, but can’t wait to return for an extended stay. Beautiful location on the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Condo is huge, can easily accommodate a family of 5-6. I had been traveling around Italy for 2 weeks when I arrived at Paolas place. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to catch up on laundry. Stop looking any further and book this place.
