A charming stone farmhouse with a private garden, located just below the village castle. The open view stretches across forests and rolling hills all the way to the Farfa Abbey, right where the sun sets. The local area is full of treasures — from the crystal-clear, swimmable Farfa river to the historic hilltop villages of the Sabina region — all just a short drive away. House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!
