Walking distance to shopping, dining, breweries, historic Gold mine tours, the Indian Hot Springs, lots of outdoor activities (rafting, hiking, biking, fishing, zip lining, etc...), dispensaries and Safeway. Pet friendly. Private fenced backyard w/ new deck and BBQ.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

A two-story home is nestled in a snowy landscape, surrounded by a mountainous backdrop. The front path leads to a welcoming door, while fresh snow blankets the roof and yard, creating a serene winter scene. A garage is visible on the left side.

You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.

You're 45 minutes to Winter Park and Breckenridge ski resorts, 25 minutes to Loveland Ski Resort, 40 minutes to Denver, and 20 minutes to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. WiFi. These will be dependent on traffic of course.
