Easy access highway, 5 mins straight drive to new hospital and Grenfell Campus, 10 mins to amenities. 1.5 hrs drive to Gros Morne National Park, 40 mins drive to deer lake airport, 2.50 hrs to Ferry.

This cozy and inviting space has two bedrooms and loft area each including a queen size bed and TV for your comfort. Make yourself at home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. If indoor cooking isn’t on the menu, perhaps a bbq on the outdoor patio, watching the sunset and staying toasty around the fire.

With a breathtaking view of the Bay of Islands, the property is located in Humber Heights near Murphy Square, Walmart, the hospital and may other amenities.
