Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gili Trawangan

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Tisya's Guest House in Nusa Penida! The room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea-facing view that made our stay truly memorable. The homemade breakfast was fresh, simple, and felt just like home — a perfect way to start the day. Tisya is an incredibly kind and attentive host who made sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality made us feel like we were staying with family. For the price she charges, the comfort and care offered are truly exceptional and well worth it. While the guesthouse is a bit away from the main market, the peaceful surroundings and warm atmosphere more than make up for it. We had arrived one day later that we planned and we had big disappointment because of cleaning. We saw the previous comments about cleaning and renovation needs but we thought these issues should have been resolved. But broken doors, horrible bathroom and kitchen stuffs... My wife cleaned everywhere with bleach. But we couldn't get rid of dirt and molds which were there so long. We could't find any other place therefore we couldn't cancelled our reservation. But there are some good things of course; The communication was good. They tried to do their best. And the place was large enough for relaxing and working. View is very nice. And have a chance to benefit from daylight during the all day. Nice place, big potential but needs some fixings and good cleaning..

Everything about this villa was just perfect. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a dream—peaceful, private, and absolutely breathtaking. The views? Honestly, views to die for. All staffs were like family and we loved every minute of our stay in villa.

A wonderful place to stay with great amenities! Karolina was very responsive and helpful and Rohaeni takes excellent care of the guests. You can truly sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of for you. Highly recommend to fellow travellers!

Most incredible villa in Bali! Wow what an amazing experience, from start to finish Anna was so fantastic with communication, all the staff at the villa are so lovely and Annisa is a fantastic host! Unfortunately my husband wasn’t feeling very well before we arrived at the villa and got worse during our stay, however the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Organising a doctor to visit the villa! We also had the most incredible massage! The best we have had on our trip! We also had a private barong performance at the villa which took our breath away! Everything from start to finish is amazing, the food is fantastic and having your own private beach is just perfection! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for having us! X

My family of 6 had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meals we ate in house were great, maybe a little costly, but convenient. Overall had a great time and enjoyed listening to the sound of the crashing waves at night.

Lovely stay. Sam was helping with any request! True hospitality. I would only pinpoint the local experience of 5 am praying. Which, for a light sleeper is might not be the best, but I didn't mind. I'd stay again. Thnanks SAM

This room was comfy, bed was comfy, and I had a beautiful dinner at a restaurant across the street with the most beautiful sunset in the beach. The extraordinary thing though is Tony. He is so friendly and accommodating that I felt like family.

The bungalow is located in the middle of the island, but on foot or by bike it is only a few minutes away from the beach. It has a small pool and a great terrace in front of each bungalow. However, the big difference and the clear 5 stars make Adakz and his team. They give the place that special extra and that you feel right at home. They organize everything and help with everything. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful stay and we'd love to come back. We wish you all the best.

We fully enjoyed our authentic experience in the middle of a beautiful natural compound in The Studio Villa, Sopan was a wonderful host. The villa is a Balinese wooden house with a large living space and two climatized bedrooms. A large véranda gives on a stunning view of the jungle and the sea. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and egg dishes directly from the hosts chickens. A special thank you goes out to the fantastic staff of the villa, especially Sahlul and Ibu Rus, who were helpful with all the small and big issues we had.

The Island House is a truly magical place – something you don’t come across often in the world. It felt almost unreal to have such a large and beautiful property all to ourselves. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making us feel welcome and cared for. They prepared delicious meals for us, both breakfast and dinner – everything was fresh and full of flavor. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel that they go the extra mile to make your stay special. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for an amazing experience! 🌿

We enjoyed our stay at Silvia and Salehs. The traditional style house is set in a beautiful garden with all the amenities you need. The pool was also lovely and clean. We did stay during Ramadan which made for a few sleepless nights as you can hear the speaker from the mosque all night. Otherwise it is peaceful during the day and a great location.

This stay was the highlight of my trip so far, the host was absolutely fantastic! He helped us get to know the area and book onto great experiences. The villa was very clean and so peaceful. It has everything you would need. Would definitely recommend!

I loved being on the Northern part of the island, away from the hustle and bustle. Please don’t use the horse carriages unless you absolutely need to. It’s a good 20min stunning walk through the lush island to the villa.. 5min walk to a beautiful blue water, white sand beach, bring water shoes because there’s a lot of coral reef and rocks that have washed up. Must try Musa cookery, they had my favorite food on the island!
