Very clean and welcoming townhome. The private garage is a great plus. Beds were super comfortable. It’s in a great location close to everything.

We absolutely loved staying here & would come back any day! The views were amazing, the place itself was adorable, & the environment around was soo peaceful. We loved walking down to the river & seeing the cows 🐄 we saw several deer too which was so cool to see! Our dog also loved it here! I can only imagine how fun this place is in the winter 😍Lesley is an absolutely amazing host- couldn’t recommend her more for being so responsive & accommodating.

Super cute space, cozy vibes. this space was perfect for a writing work retreat. perfect with a small office in the corner, a large dining room table to spread out my papers, and a comfy living room. the hot tub was a perfect treat after a long day of writing. the space was perfectly set up for guests, and yet you can tell that the owners use this space too. i personally love that, and makes me care for the space even more knowing that they opened it up to share with others.

Everything was lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved basking in the silence and listening to nature.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was a wonderful experience. Vicky’s condo was as beautiful as the photos portrayed. 😊 The condo was well equipped and everything we needed was provided; even snacks and Keurig coffee pods. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The views from the three patios were outstanding. We ate our breakfast outside every morning. We really loved this home! It was the most relaxing Arizona visit we have had in the last few years. When we visit Arizona again we will contact Vicky first! 😎

This cabin has been by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Aaron was very helpful and communicated very clearly. The cabin was fully stocked with all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and trash bags. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The real gem was the outdoor patio, absolutely breathtaking views and very cozy. We are definitely looking forward to booking Aaron’s cabin again.

We were in the San Tan Valley for a wedding and Carol's house was perfect for our group. We were next to the wedding venue, and when we had free time from the wedding schedule we enjoyed the backyard a lot. We used the pool and spa and we all took long walks through the large neighborhood. We enjoyed the wonderful weather and the house kept us nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we were coming to the area!

The house was even better than the pictures. A few things were a little off like a non working bulb in a lamp and the main living room tv screen was always very blue while watching it etc, but the house is very nice and very clean and it was a great quiet neighborhood to stay in! Will be booking again

We had a great time at this rustic cabin. It was setup well and very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck playing giant Jenga and playing games. The kitchen was handy for pancakes and there is a really great empanada shop just 5 minutes away the Pie Box you have to hit. We'll definitely consider coming up there again!

Wonderful, private location with beautiful views and hiking trails right outside the back door. Awesome spot for elk viewing and endless stars! Charlie was very nice and responsive.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend! We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The trail behind the cabin was easy to access and made for a great hike. Watching the elk so close was an incredible experience. Our pets had a wonderful time as well! Thank you for providing such a welcoming and relaxing space. We look forward to staying again in the future.

I'm so happy we found this little gem; it was the perfect place for my husband and I. We went to Heber Overgaard for a UTV Group ride weekend, and the meeting place ended up being 1 street away. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book again. The host Stephanie was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Great quiet place. The sound of running water was very relaxing. We had a hiccup with the code not working after 45 minutes, finally got the correct code and got it. It’s just a mile away from the Water Wheel Falls trailhead. We’ll be back again.

Beautiful, quiet, cozy cabin in the pines. Hiking and restaurants close by. Enjoy peaceful getaway, national forest close by, as well as , natural bridge, woods Canyon Lake, and others. Highly recommended.

The cabin was cute and cozy. Had all of the basic necessities you would need. It was exactly what we were looking for when it comes to a relaxing space for a weekend getaway. Felicia was very friendly and proactively informative.

Larry‘s place was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The stores were just around the corner. There was walking paths through the housing area that were beautiful and Larry is very easily to get a hold of. We definitely recommend this place and if we come again to Phoenix will try to rent it again.

Our stay at Brian’s house was everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make our own meals. The patio and pool were amazing and private. I loved there were a ton of pool towels to use. The beds were super comfortable. I cannot say 1 bad thing about our stay. We will for sure be back!

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

Ryan is a great host! Fantastic communication. The house itself was great for our family. Next time, I'll have to rent out one of his other places --- one with a heated pool if I return in April. I can imaging this pool is wonderful in the summer, but too chilly in the Spring. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and I'd recommend this place, especially in the summer. If you make a left turn out of the subdivision, you are in a beautiful, mountainous desert - something you must experience, for sure.

We had a fantastic time here. Lots of room for our entire family, and they all especially loved the pool area. Issues were minor, and quickly responded to by Nikki. Would highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as shown. Very spacious with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our vacation. Just a few yards from the pool and steps from a small park so it was perfect for our granddaughter. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to rent it again.

It was an amazing stay! They let us check in early, and were accommodating to anything we needed. It was also a gorgeous home. Would definitely stay here again!
