It is an inn near the old Nakasendo road, which has a good old streetscape. When I was busy working as an interior coordinator, I wanted you to have a relaxing time, and I wanted to recreate the rich and relaxing time I spent at my grandmother's house as a child. The quaint and retro atmosphere unique to the old house is arranged in a living room. Nearby, you can enjoy a walk in the Kawaramachi area, which is lined with renovated machiya cafes and bakeries, and the Nagara River, which is famous for Ukai (Ukai is from May to October). It is a charming area with lots of nature and fields. Experience the nostalgic life of real Japan, not Japan that was made. We will rent one building, so please have a relaxing time with your family, partners, and groups. The convenience store is about a 4-minute drive away. Gujo Hachiman is known as the “City of Water”, and owner & architect Yuri Fujisawa has lovingly restored this charming residence to embody the spirit of water. Located below the town’s medieval castle, this neighborhood was reserved for high-ranking samurai. While the historical streetscape is well-preserved, it remains an authentic neighborhood inhabited by friendly locals.

百 HAKU <100-year-old Quaint Japanese Style Villa>

HAKU is a Japanese Style Villa. You can enjoy your private time as in your home. “HAKU“ is one of the readings of the character “百” which means “hundred”. Medieval Haiku poet, Basho Matsuo likened eternal passage of time to "百代の過客", a permanent traveller. In his time, a hundred years was expressed as eternal. HAKU was originally built as a farmer’s shed about a hundred years ago. It was recently relocated and renovated for another hundred years. HAKU will welcome you as traveling companions.

"Moegi" is an old folk house lodging along the Nakasendo in Gifu. We renovated a 60-year-old, 150㎡ old private house to create a private lodging where you can relax. "Moegi" is the name of a traditional Japanese color. It was named to wish for a "good start'' and "child's growth.'' There is a playroom of approximately 32 m² for children. Don't worry if you can't go sightseeing due to rain. There are also many sightseeing spots in the area, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
