Vacation rentals with a patio in Ghajnsielem

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

Très bel appartement, propre et spatieux. Très belle vue qui est toujours un plus. Éloigné de certaines activités que nous avions prévus, mais Bolt et Uber facilement accessibles. Près du traversier pour se rendre au Port de Valletta.

We had the best time staying here during our first-ever visit to Malta! The local area is so vibrant and buzzing and Valletta is only a 20-minute walk or so down the road! The apartment itself (balcony and outdoor terrace downstaires included) are STUNNING and the decor is some of the best we've seen in an AirBnB! Thomas' recommendations were spot on and he was kind enough to give us a late check-out as we had a very late fly the day we were leaving. Honestly 10/10, would love to come back and stay here again! Thank you!

Hemos alucinado con el apartamento viajamos mucho por todo el mundo y podríamos decir sin duda que ha sido el mejor apartamento que hemos estado las vistas son increíbles también el hotel cuenta con dos restaurantes de lujo y una piscina en la planta 33 que aunque es pequeña está muy bien. El apartamento super espacioso. La única queja que tenemos es la gente de recepción que quitando algunas chicas que nos atendieron muy bien otras personas del personal fueron bastante bordes como un chico pakistaní que nos trató de manera bastante hostil.

Rita fut très agréable et très disponible concernant toutes nos questions, nous avons été très content du logement qui est placé dans un village très sympa et calme avec des supérettes proches et accessibles à pieds. Le logement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et la terrasse très agréable. Nous conseillons ce logement car pour une première à Malte c’était parfait. La mer est pas loin et quand on aime les randonnées il y a plusieurs spots à proximité. Situé entre 20 à 45 minutes des lieux « à voir » absolument sur Malte : pas loin de La Valette pour prendre le bateau pour aller visiter LES 3 CITÉS ou bien de l’autre côté pour aller sur COMINO ET LE BLUE LAGOON et également non loin des FALAISES DE DINGLI OU RABAT ET MDINA et bien d’autres choses à voir. Logement conforme aux photos, spacieux, très bien situé (super restaurants en front de mer, beaux sentiers de rando alentour, vue sur mer exceptionnelle) et plutôt bien équipé (note : prévoir toutefois vos produits de douche, ils ne sont pas fournis, contrairement à l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable, peu importe le moment de la journée. Le jacuzzi est accessible 24/24h. Bref, bon rapport qualité prix.

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Augustin. Het moment dat we binnenliepen voelden we ons thuis. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht. Heel persoonlijk met veel aandacht, maar niet overdreven. De keuken was goed uitgerust, de badkamers netjes en de bedden waren allemaal opgemaakt. De kamerindeling kwam voor ons ook perfect uit (vier kinderen waarvan een baby). De kinderen (en wij overigens ook) hebben zich heel goed vermaakt in het zwembad en samen genoten we van een borrel op het dakterras. Wij hebben het heel erg goed gehad hier! Ik zou het zeker aan iedereen aanraden. En dank Augustin voor het fijne contact.

An amazing location in a quiet area in Gozo. The amenities were wonderful especially the entertainment areas like cinema room and the poolside area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place.

The villa was perfect for our family of 10 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby. My 6 year old granddaughter described the outdoor pool as magical. The heated indoor pool was an added bonus and perfect for the younger children. The villa lived up to our expectations, and our host Natasha was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The villa was within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Parking was available outside the property, and taxis if needed were available. Buses were also easy to use if you wanted to explore other areas on the island.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

I will start with practical information, and one piece of information to be precise - this house has everything, but literally everything that is needed for a short or long stay. In this topic, this is sufficient and fully true information - nothing is missing in this house. And when it comes to impressions, Bizzilla is a wonderful and complete place filled with warmth, love and good taste in the smallest detail. The pictures do not do this property justice! This beautiful, spacious house has everything you could possibly need, including towels, cooking utensils, pans, and more. The property also has a swimming pool and hot tub which enhanced our stay. The host was very responsive and extremely friendly and helpful. We had such a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this property to groups of six or more visiting Malta.

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

I stayed 7 weeks and loved the location for exploring Malta. It’s right on major bus routes - 20 minutes to Valletta; 25 Mdina and 50 mins St Paul’s Bay. An hour to the Gozo ferry. Hamrun is a feisty Maltese neighbourhood we loved the local shops, their friendliness, the amazing street party when they won the National Football and well everything. You cannot be so close to the tourism hotspots yet immerse with locals as you can in Hamrun. Our hosts response time rated 20 minutes I found it was under 2 minutes and enormously helpful. Everything as promised and more - I spent half my time with friends on the large upstairs terrace with views to Valletta and the Mediterranean. Great for fireworks which seem unending in Malta for Patron Saint feast days. Was trip of a lifetime I thank Francesca and Fredrick so much - they genuinely cared about my comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is renovated airy and spacious. It’s tasteful and clever. Lots of things supplied. Brilliant - TY F&F!

Wir waren zu viert, Eltern mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern. Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren dafür wunderbar geeignet - große Küche, große Terrasse, 3(!) Toiletten und zwei vollständige Bäder! Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als vollständig - Gewürze, Öl, Zucker usw. - alles vorhanden. Beide Balkone boten abwechselnd Sonne und Schatten, auf beiden war Gelegenheit, Handtücher und Wäsche zu trocknen, alles dafür Notwendige ist vorhanden! Julian hatte für offenbar nicht unübliche Stromausfälle vorgesorgt, eine Akkulampe und Kerzen standen bereit, gekocht wird mit Gas. Sogar einen Sonnenschirm und eine Strandmuschel konnten wir uns von dort borgen. Der Ort ist sehr entspannt, bietet zwei gute Restaurants und mehrere Kneipen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Als der Nachbar mit Bauarbeiten begann, hat Julien sofort reagiert und mit dem Nachbarn eine für uns gute Lösung ausgehandelt, so dass wir fast gar nicht beeinträchtigt wurden. Julien ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alles sofort kümmert.

Wir haben uns bei Edward sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Haus im Zentrum von Sliema liegt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus von hier aus unkompliziert die Insel erkunden, ist in 10 Minuten am Felsenstrand oder in der modernen Einkaufsmall. Der kühle Innenhof macht die Wohnung zu etwas besonderem, ein sehr angenehmer Platz um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder gemeinsam zu essen und zu entspannen. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loves the setting of the apartment and the balcony was the biggest plus overlooking the sea views. We enjoyed waking sitting having tea and coffee to start the day. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available in the apartment. The air con in the bedroom was a god send. Such a great find in a great location.

We had a lovely stay here, the penthouse is fab! The roof terrance is a really good touch, a lovely pool / bbq and amazing views. As hosts both Daniel and Svetlana were super responsive and helpful. Always on hand to help out. Would recommend if you like your own space and enjoy a sea view. It’s a lovely walk into town where there are nice restaurants and ice creams and in the other direction there are several great swimming spots with two beach bars seeing food and drink. Would highly recommended :)
