Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gerokgak

The Villa Camini is newly renovated at less than 5 mins drive to the Eminyak shopping district. The place is beautiful and great for our family of four, and we could even get in-house massage done for all of us at the same time. Drivers from Grab and food delivery have no problem finding the place. The only issue is that walking out doesn't feel safe due to the narrow road leading in and out, which means we gave the shops located near us a miss. Small issues such as poor drainage at bathroom, rain water getting in to the bedroom when rain is really heavy (which can be prevented by lowering the blind) and one power socket for clothe ironing not working, the rest of the things are great! Filtered water, functional kitchen, great view and lots of space. Our agent Andi was also super responsive in attending to our request and coordinated the booking of various activities in 4 days time.

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

Nous sommes vraiment tombés amoureux de cette jolie villa ! Tout est présent pour vous charmer : une belle chambre donnant sur une piscine et une vue sur la rizière à couper le souffle. Cette expérience en pleine nature permet de complètement déconnecter, de s’éloigner de la foule et du trafic d’Ubud. Même si ce n’est pas en plein centre, de très bonnes adresses, en particulier restaurants et Spas, ne manquent pas aux alentours. Petit plus pour Shesha, la sœur de Kadek, qui a été vraiment adorable avec nous. Très arrangeante et toujours souriante, c’était un réel plaisir quand elle venait nous apporter le petit déjeuner. Notre communication a également était parfaite avec Kadek avant notre arrivée. Les hôtes nous proposent aussi des services tels que transfert depuis l’aéroport ou location de scooter, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes à nouveau de passage à Bali !

Excellent spot. Great having the plants along the walls, felt like you were in a jungle. The rooftop was our favourite for evenings and watching the sunset. Great location, tucked away but not too far away from a big store with all you need.

Wayan en zijn vrouw zijn geweldig. Reageert altijd en snel. Is daar waar nodig proactief. Bewonder zijn alertheid zonder opdringerig te zijn. Hielden alles keurig bij zonder te vragen. Dus altijd, elk moment opgeruimd en schoon. Het verblijf was voor ons als gezin een schot in de roos. Ieder gezin een eigen huisje en een gezamenlijke keuken met grote eettafel. Zwembad mooi een beetje koud omdat er veel regen was gevallen en ‘s nachts viel. Wayan is een uitstekende chauffeur en een geweldige danser😉. Mocht het kunnen, komen we graag terug. De beste groeten van ons allemaal.

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

Don’t think you can do justice to this place with words alone. Kate’s place is one of the most beautiful airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. The aesthetic, design and overall vibe is next level! Beautiful artefacts, furnishings and decor from around world, stylish furniture and considered spaces. From the comfortable bed, to the outdoor shower surrounded by thriving plants, through to outdoor lounge area - there is joy found throughout. Could not recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved this place! Not only is it beautiful but its location is perfect and the hosts made us feel right at home. They were super responsive and helpful at all times. The photos do not do it justice as how beautiful this airbnb is. Every detail is crafted to perfection. 10000% recommend you stay here, you won’t regret it.

Made is a super friendly host who we saw every morning on our way out. He always checked on how everything was going. Made was always responsive to any questions we had or any requests we had. This villa was in a peaceful location and about a 30 minute walk to the Ubud town centre. We loved the showers that were outdoors yet still private. Made provided lots of breakfast options which were all good.

Romain is so kind. We had to cancel due to my partner severely spraining her ankle and could not use the steps. Romain gave the locals one night payment as they would lose our business, and refunded the rest. We will be back next year to enjoy this spectacular space. Very kind and real host!

I stayed with Nyoman and his family for nearly 3 weeks. My stay was fantastic in every way. The villa was very comfortable, really clean and a stones throw from the oceon. The villa location was in front of Nyomans family compound and so provided a wonderful opportunity to learn about local village life and also an incredibly peaceful, secluded space as required. Nyoman has been instrumental in the local coral regeneration program and of course fishes. Opportunities to snorkel or scuba dive, go out fishing and or see dolphins AND learn about coral regeneration abound. I loved my experiences of all of it! The village also makes salt traditionally along the shore line. Made, Nyomans wife, is a wonderful cook and works at the local cooking school. There is a warung /restaurant 3 minutes walk away offering great vegetarian and vegan options. A perfect stay with an authentic, caring, wonderful family in every way and highly recommended. We loved our stay in Canggu and this place was perfectly set up for our family. Conveniently located for the beach with some lovely cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Communication was great, would recommend!

I'm coming back! Daniel and Yuli ensured our stay was comfortable, and honestly, almost luxurious. The house is even better in-person than the photos. It's incredibly spacious for 4, thoughtfully furnished and very, very clean. What you won't see in the photos is the passionate team that ensures everything is maintained daily. If you're looking for an accessible location that's only 15 minutes away from Ubud Center, but still makes you feel like you're cosily nested within green fields and forests - don't look further. Last but not the least, Daniel and his team went out of their way, multiple times, to resolve any concerns we had and arrange for home massage services at fair rates that we thoroughly enjoyed. The dedication to our comfort, safety and relaxation was very refreshing and helped us be at ease throughout. The pool is actually pretty big for a private property, kept clean and well-maintained as well! And the view from the bed is a cherry on top! All-in-all highly recommend!

The mansion is amazing! If you come to Ubud Esa and the team at Trinity meet you off the main road and take your bags, and of course for drop off too. The pool is cool and perfect to wind down from the heat of the day. The house is all air conditioned, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Will be back again ❤️ Thanks for the memories!

The accommodation is exactly like in the photos – very nice and well equipped with everything you need to sleep or cook. Beautiful pool overlooking a small rice field. The host is welcoming and helpful. A lovely villa for anyone looking for some peace and quiet, away from the busy center of Ubud.

Villa Sisi Pantai was an absolute dream. It felt like a mini private All-Inclusive resort. We came on a family reunion (4 adults and 4 kids under 7) and it was better than expected. We were greeted at the door on arrival by the incredible staff with flower leis, a cold towel and then a fresh blended watermelon drink. The property is expansive and the gardens are unbelievable. There is not a single corner of this property that hasn’t been carefully planned and maintained. Jero and Madde’s cooking was amazing! We loved every meal she made and planning our meals was easy and inexpensive. The beach in a black sand beach shared by other villas and locals and we enjoyed walking down and seeing others enjoying it. There are a handful of Warungs and restaurants nearby but truthfully, Jero’s meals were our favorite. Ngurah (the manager) was very attentive and helpful. You can rent the car with the driver for a day. Sekumpul Falls is a 40 minute drive from the villa and it’s worth a visit!

Vi var familie med to børn. Vi nød særligt udeområdet med pool og flot udsigt over rismarker. Wayan (housemanager) var meget hjælpsom og kom hver morgen og lavede lækker morgenmad og holdt huset pænt. Vi kan anbefale Wayan til at lave middag i huset. Det smagte fantastisk. Putu (chauffør) var også meget behagelig og hjælpsom. Han kender Bali’s seværdigheder godt og hjalp med gode ideer til udflugter. Undervejs deler han gerne en god historie eller to. Huset lever 100 % op til billederne. Fantastisk at være så tæt på naturen, men du skal være indstillet på lyde fra gekkoer og naboens hane, der galer midt om natten.

I also am an Airbnb host in Bali, and this home is wonderful. It’s truly an experience. Very relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private villa in the Balian area. Walk to beach and many restaurants. I wish we brought some food to cook because it has a big stove and kitchen with all the necessities. Thank you Kadek and Dewa. You greeted us with true Balinese joy and made us feel right at home. Towels and linens were clean, and prepared with love. Everything worked (usually in Bali there is always something that doesn’t ). The villa is bigger than it looks in the photos. So many cool areas to relax and enjoy. If you have a week to stay here DO IT!! The energy and style of the home is fantastic for the human spirit. There is a night market on the main road 10 minutes by foot, go there and mingle with the real Balian locals. We sincerely say thank you Kadek and Dewa. See you again, your friends Dr. Jon and Elly. The villa is located in a secluded alley which can be reached by car. There are many great restaurants and cafes nearby than can be walked to. However, while walking to the Ubud main road can be done, it is quite a challenge walk with down hill, small sidewalks and many many traffics. We enjoyed our time with the private pool at the villa during the day and night. There are many mosquitoes at night which is understandable given Ubud’s location, but do plan this out in your travel.

Had a wonderful stay here for my girlfriends 21st. Incredible scenery and amazing staff, helped with all our needs and can't thank enough. Perfect for a relaxation holiday but still near activities all about an hour away. Thank you for a lovely stay!!
