Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Géraudot

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

We stayed at Anthony's place for the triathlon at Lake Der, 20 minutes away. We were warmly welcomed by her mom. The accommodation is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything is there to make you feel good. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very nice shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the semi-covered terrace. We'll be back, that's for sure.😍 I would highly recommend it Thanks again for the welcome. yes

Very nice cottage in the heart of the countryside, very peaceful. We had a great time with the family, quiet, close to Nigloland Park. Alexandre welcomed us warmly, took the time to chat.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was full of comforts and we greatly enjoyed the pool and the jaquzzi. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and neatly maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. Hopefully we'll be back sometime.

Pleasant, quiet and rejuvenating stay in the countryside. There were 5 of us in the accommodation and we all slept well at night, the house is cozy while keeping its charm. Thank you for this trip!

The tranquility in this beautiful valley is indescribable. The garden is huge and charming, open. The Gîte has been refurbished with a lot of love. Beautiful materials that lend atmosphere to the home, such as antique beams and travertine for the floor and bathroom. There are good fans in the bedroom, which make it fine to do during a warm night. The view from inside is also very beautiful. It's like a painting. In the evening in the garden, we enjoyed the wild animals that were further down in the valley. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as shown in the photos – very clean, peaceful, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely proactive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is very cute and well-equipped and located in a very peaceful place. Self check-in, you can hang out in the pressure before you arrive;) Pascal was kind enough to greet me when I arrived and when I left :) To be repeated without hesitation!

The accommodation was impeccable and it's rare to have so many things available in an Airbnb (products in the bathroom and kitchen...) Priscilla is always available as needed. Overall we had a nice stay.

Thank you Elodie for this nice hosting. I enjoyed the accommodation on the occasion of the Bar-sur-Aube sports cycling. The accommodation was perfect and in impeccable condition and I was able to leave early without disturbing my hosts. The place is very quiet and easy to park. Lots of restaurants and bars a few steps away from the noise. Recommended!

Review Audrey Raul and Audrey’s property was perfect for our 1 night stay en route to London. A great stopping point, close to the autoroute, quiet countryside (complete with chickens ;) with secure private parking next to the property. The property was clean and had all the basics necessary for the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedrooms. The digital central air conditioning worked well on a very hot day. An excellent Airbnb property and host! Thank you Audrey and Raul.

Nicolas offers a very nice apartment full of character and faithful to the photos. His instructions were clear. He is a responsive host who wants to make our stay as pleasant as possible and tries to satisfy our requests as much as possible. We'll remember the address for our next stays!

We stayed at Julie and Jerome's place which was impeccable with all the features mentioned. The jacuzzi and terrace were particularly nice, especially in good weather. I loved the huge flat screen in front of the bed, perfect for a Netflix night. The area was nice and quiet, with plenty of things to do nearby. Julie is a responsive and very kind host, I recommend their accommodation!!

Everything was great. The apartment is great location for enjoying the surroundings. It is also very clean and very well-equipped. Perfect for this short stay for my daughter and myself. In addition, Alexandre is very responsive. We'll be back with pleasure!

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot

Very nice welcome as soon as we arrived by Claudine. She gave us a map of the city and gave us relevant information for our stay. The apartment is very clean and nice, and we enjoyed its outdoor space to have a few meals. The apartment is well located for visiting Auxerre and the surrounding area. Recommended.
