Vacation rentals with a patio in Georgetown

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

This place is very good, very clean and very comfort. And so strategic beside Gleaneagles Hospital, only walk about 3 minutes to me to go to hospital for my medical check up. And this place Its look like the photos. And fion’s so fast respon

It’s a very nice stay. The house is on a high floor with an excellent view. The interior is very comfortable. It’s a place i would like to recommend to my friends and other travelers! The only downside is that there aren’t many places/restaurants to explore within walking distance. However, you can reach the bustling area of Georgetown within 10mins by grab.

I stayed for 5 days for Hari Raya. Swimming pool is working. BBQ equipment also available. Netflix & Youtube are also available. There is also an emergency kit if needed. Kids friendly. The house is spacious and clean and has many amenities. Will be a place I will rent again. Thank you so much everyone ☺️✨

The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and delicious food. A special shoutout to CJ, our host, who was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, CJ made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free, promptly answering any questions and going the extra mile to make us feel at home. His warm hospitality truly made a difference, and we’re grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this homestay for families and those looking for a great venue for gatherings. We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Wonderful place to stay. In love with the balcony view as it faces the sea. Windy and nice. Nearby to many local food shops. The host was responsive. Will definitely repeat the stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring Batu Ferringhi. The space was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
