Nice, clean, well located, well renovated appartment. The host is phenomenal and genuine customer service helps make the stay a beautiful experience. We find there are two Airbnb owner profiles: the Innkeeper which makes sure all is ok or the Investor who cares more about its investment than its guests. Marco is one of the best Innkeeper we have ever had. Thank you Marco! Keep it up! Sophie and Pierre.

Wonderful villa and host. Everything exactly like photos and description, very quiet area so we had a very peaceful holiday. Kitchen is amazingly well equipped so cooking was a joy. Villa very cosy with lots of lovely seating areas, and comfy beds. Swimming pool area is amazing, we spent hours in the pool, our son (4) lovely playing with the toys and inflatables that had been left out for us. Lots of very thoughtful touches which made our stay so enjoyable, from the colouring pencils for our son, to the huge buffet and stocked fridge which kept us fed for days! I couldn’t fault the hosting and villa, such a wonderful peaceful stay!

Se avete voglia di visitare le isole Eolie avendo davanti casa un mare incantevole da poter vedere da un terrazzo meraviglioso e tutto il necessario ma senza il caos di una posto turistico, senza dubbio questo è il posto ideale. Abbiamo amato Lipari ed in particolare Canneto (5minuti di macchina da Lipari). L appartamento è pulito e ben tenuto ed Ivan è molto più che disponibile. Spero vivamente di poterci tornare presto!!

Claudio and his team were super friendly ! We loved our stay there. Everything was perfect. The view is magnificent and peaceful. They recommended us a lot of places to go. I recommend 100% and will definitely go there if I come back on this island.

Villa Pomelia is perfectly located in Santa Marina - walkable to the harbour, great restaurants and every amenity. The Villa is a superb space with great outdoor space and looks over the sea towards Lipari. It’s really well maintained and very clean. We had a wonderful few days here. The only ‘disappointment’ was in the bathroom where there was no additional WC paper nor shower accessories. Otherwise perfect 😊

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Maria Rosa rundum genossen! Schon bei der Anreise war sie unglaublich hilfsbereit – wir hatten uns verfahren, und sie hat uns kurzerhand abgeholt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit erreichbar, dabei aber immer zurückhaltend, sodass man absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre hatte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und hatte einen ganz besonderen Charme, den wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Die Aussicht war fantastisch und zum Meer war es nur ein Katzensprung. Zu dieser Jahreszeit hatten wir den Strand fast ganz für uns allein – traumhaft! Auch andere Städte, Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wer also Ruhe und Erholung sucht, aber nicht auf kleine Abenteuer verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Maison idéale pour des retrouvailles en famille. Nous y avons séjourné en octobre, au calme et la plage est à la porte. Train à proximité à pieds ou en voiture pour sillonner la région. Hôte très accueillante et réactive.

Petit studio propre, bien équipé et agencé et bien situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du port.

L’appartamento è piccolo, ma dotato di tutti i comfort e comodità, ideale per un paio di settimane di ferie. Si trova ad un minuto da una piccola caletta privata che fa parte del terreno dell’intero stabile. Il parcheggio è interno e riparato, mentre terrazza e balcone sono ottimi spazi per godersi il tramonto e le serate più fresche. Tutte le stanze erano estremamente pulite. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, a piedi o in bicicletta è possibile raggiungere ristoranti, paninerie, piccoli bistrot, bar e il piccolo supermercato del paese. Antonio è un ottimo padrone di casa, sempre disponibile e gentile: ci ha consigliato diversi posti in cui mangiare, ci ha fornito un ombrellone per scendere in spiaggia e ci ha spedito in modo celere un oggetto dimenticato. Ottima esperienza!
