Judith and Mark were consummate hosts who warmly welcomed us. Judith provided fresh flowers throughout the house, welcome pastries and home-made jam. The house was so much like home that the fully equipped kitchen inspired us not only to cook every day but also to bake, using cookbooks from the kitchen shelves. The surroundings are peaceful and private as described, with beautiful gardens, attracting birds and butterflies. The area is great for long walks. The house is a bucolic retreat to the countryside, a great place to recharge.

Een heel prettig ontvangst, met kleine rondleiding. Alle aanpassingen die en overleg voor mij gedaan waren waren prima geregeld. Tussentyds zoals afgesproken af en toe even kort app contact en ook een spannend akkefietje werd acuut opgelost, met humor!🫢🤣. Ook genoten van het bad!! Ook de oplevering ging volt en probleemloos. Niets maar dan ook niets viel me tegen. We hebben 2 weken lang optimaal genoten!!!! Voor mij was de prikkelarm omgeving en de natuur rondom Groesbeek heel helend. Echt een aanrader voor levensgenieters!!

heerlijk huis met een geweldige tuin. we hebben super geluk gehad met zonnige en warme dagen en de peuters hebben heerlijk gespeeld op de trampoline en het gras. we komen zeker terug!

Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir eine erholsame und wohltuende Zeit in eurem wunderschönen Badehaus verbringen durften. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen liebevoll zusammengestellten Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Freizeitgestaltung – dadurch konnten wir einige echte Highlights erleben, die wir ohne eure Tipps wahrscheinlich verpasst hätten.

Great area and lovely place. Hosts instructions were extremely clear which was very helpful when travelling abroad. I really recommend the host and the property. Excellent value for money.

Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

Het is een geweldig leuk huisje in de achtertuin. heel rustig, alles wat je maar kan bedenken is er. we hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en Yvonne is heel gastvrij.

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es auf den Fotos scheint. Sauber, ruhig gelegen, sehr gemütlich. Es waren im Garten mehrere Sitzecken und eine Sofaecke eingerichtet. Das war total unerwartet und deshalb doppelt so schön! Man kann bis spät abends in der Sonne sitzen! Es fehlte nichts!

Wat een fijne plek in een oase van rust. Wij waren met 4 vrienden in het prachtige verblijf van Aljanneke. Een oase van rust en natuur en een prachtig huis met alle moderne voorzieningen en comfort. Aljanneke is een super host! Fijne communicatie en vol goede tips, iemand die gastvrijheid helemaal begrijpt. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

Das Bed & Wellness war sehr gemütlich, wunderbar im Grünen gelegen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir haben sowohl die Sauna als auch die Lagerfeuerstelle draußen genutzt und dies sehr genossen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: die Lage ist wirklich toll und man konnte die Natur und die Ruhe genießen. Zudem ist Peter sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Daher: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub im gemütlichen Ambiente im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

prachtige locatie, heerlijk ruim overdekt terras met houtkachel, heerlijke hottub, sauna en pizza oven. Antoinette is zeer gastvrij. prachtige omgeving. kortom echte echte aanrader

Ons jaarlijkse paasweekend weg is weer fantastisch geweest, mede door de fijne ruimte waar wij verbleven. Dichtbij een kinderboerderij, het Uilenbos. Daarnaast loop je zo het bos in. Het huis is niet groot, maar heel fijn ingedeeld met 3 slaapkamers. De woonkamer is niet zo groot, maar de buitenruimte is heel ruim met fijn terras en overkapt zitje. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaak heb je bij dit soort huisjes dat het aantal borden, bekers en bestek aan de krappe kant is; maar dat is hier volop aanwezig, heel erg fijn. Voldoende pannen en keuken apparatuur. De keuken is erg fijn en de koelkast ruim; wel jammer dat er geen vriesvak is. De communicatie met Anoek verloopt soepel en prettig. Er is veel speelgoed voor kinderen en er zijn boeken en spelletjes. Ook buiten is er het nodige aan speelgoed, er zijn fietsen en een trampoline; barbecue en vuurkorf. Kortom, een geweldig huis in een fijne omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

Jan and Marissa were very welcoming and provided very detailed instructions prior to our arrival. A lovely comfortable house, very relaxing with plenty of space and comfortable furniture. It was light, and beautifully clean with a lovely shady garden. A quiet and safe neighbourhood- very pleasant to come back to at the end of a busy day. It is a 10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop which goes direct to the train station/town centre. The buses are really frequent. There is also a bus which takes you directly to the lovely town of Amersfoort. We also loved visiting Castle De Haar- a fairy tale castle, fully furnished with luxurious fittings and interesting owners. There is a well stocked local supermarket- about 15min walk and a fantastic delicatessen “ Olijfje” with fresh fruit and veg, hummus, olives, dips, freshly prepared each day. The owner is generous and friendly and gave us some free samples including delicious handmade chocolate,pistachio slagroom truffles.

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.

We stayed for five nights and found the house an excellent location for Utrecht and Amersfoort plus easy access by train to Amsterdam. Floortje was a really good host. Local facilities are close by and easy to walk to.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gemütlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Geert und Barbara sind tolle Gastgeber und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und hilfreiche Tipps. Barbara bietet auch Massagen an, da konnte ich nicht nein sagen

The moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of tranquility wash over us. The secluded location, surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees, was the perfect antidote to our busy city lives. The cabin itself was cozy and charming Our host was warm and welcoming. The property itself was a nature lover's paradise, with walking trails. Highly recommend this place
