In the evening, you can make pizza in the wood-fired stone oven and enjoy the courtyard with a glass of our hand-brewed draft beer. Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Nyd en hyggelig ferie på landet - på UNESCOs biosfær område, tæt på middelalderbyen Stege, i nærheden af vandet og midt i naturen. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Rent Grandma's Little Cottage - Peace and Quiet

Grandma's little cottage of 30 m2 can now be rented for a couple who need peace and quiet. The house hasn't changed much since it was built in 1972. The house does not have TV or internet, but a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, garden room with dining table and a nice, older terrace. Nice large plot with daily visits of deer and hares. It is less than 500 meters to one of the best beaches in Denmark. The cottage is located in the middle of an older cottage area, where it is quiet.

Close to good restaurants, shopping, cafes and many other nice attractions such as, the Medieval Center, 'the end of the world' Denmark's southernmost point, Knuthenborg etc.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.
