It is located on a nature plot with Denmark's best beach just 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and soak up the sun on the many wooden terraces. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which is set up in the garden. Must be booked in advance. Please note: Guests must bring bed linens, towels, and cloths. Consumption is charged upon departure.

The house offers a trampoline and ball games in the garden or board games and coziness in front of the TV or the wood stove. If the weather is good, the large wooden terrace can be enjoyed for sunbathing or a glass of rose in the lounge furniture. There is also a covered terrace so you can eat outside even if the weather is not good. Take a vacation in quiet and scenic surroundings where fallow deer often pass by in the garden in the morning or evening.

Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. Valhøjhuset is a lovely little cottage, located at the end of a long driveway on a peaceful plot naturally surrounded by trees and bushes, and only 500 m from the wide and child-friendly sandy beach. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide), and an additional sofa bed for 1-2 people in the kitchen/living room (can be made to 140 cm). Enjoy the long walks on the beach, and not least the small private house with a sheltered, covered terrace with a soft sofa, barbecue, sun loungers and dining area.
