The studio apartment is recently renovated meeting current-day standards. Wi-Fi is available, while mobile signal is faint - inviting you to slow down and enjoy the quiet rhythms of the countryside. Currently, a creative family of artists lives in the manor – Ieva and Kārlis Zemītis. Occasionally, they open up the estate by organising various cultural events.

Historical farmer's house in nature Kāŗkliņi

Kārkliņi was built in 1892 Kārkliņi were wealthy farmers who owned a horse stable, as well as cows, pigs and other animals as they were an integral part of the farm at the time! In 1979 the house was bought from Kārkliņi by my grandmother Zigrīda Stungure who was once a brilliant actress at the Daile Theater, She and her husband Jānis used the house as a summer's residence In 2013 I took over Kārkliņi. For the past 10 years, I have returned the house to its original form as it was in 1920

Cosy holiday house in forest

Cozy holiday house LIELMEŽI located in quiet nature 60km from Riga. Great place to enjoy silence and nature far away from city noises. House has two levels. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Or alternatively - a double bed in each bedroom can be transformed into 2 single beds.

In this peaceful place you can relax with the whole family, go to the forest for berries and mushrooms, go to the lake 2 km away or swim in the sea 24 km away or swim in the home pond. The farm has a number of different poultry, whose life and activities are interesting to observe. By prior arrangement, it is possible to visit Lake Soka in the middle of an inaccessible bog or to explore the caves on the banks of the Salac River. Use of the sauna for a separate fee.

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes.
