It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.

Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
