Ecological new house located on an organic farm in the future ,central between Gaspé and Percé. The house is bigenerational. My family and I live in the adjacent home. Loft style with kitchen and living room all open. Air exchanger in every bedroom with HEPA filter. Overlooking 132 with ample parking. Beautiful view in a wild and very quiet area. All shampoos and soaps are free, no beauty products and other cosmetics or non-ecological washes are accepted.
