The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished including new carpets, flooring, beds, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Radiators in each bedroom along with electric blankets. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
