This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Jill and David`s home is exactly as described, true to photos, spotlessly clean, some lovely extras, the location is very quiet, it is ideal for families or groups plenty of space, we highly recommend it we wouldn`t hesitate to book again if we travel to Bathurst. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

My wife and I recently stayed at Zensi Villa for her Birthday. We had an awesome Weekend of relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at the villa. What you see in the pictures is Exactly what you get, the facilities are amazing from the sauna to the plunge pool and the outdoor fire pit. The best part for me is having the animals wandering so close to the Villa you cant help but form a little bond with them no matter how short your stay. The property is still close enough to town but far enough away that you get the sense of privacy and seclusion, Our second night we stayed at the property watched the sun set and cooked our own dinner on the outdoor fire pit and it was truly amazing. My only gripe is the security cameras on the external walls of the residence, Especially the one pointing directly at the Pool and outdoor fire pit I cant help but feel they did take away a little from the experience as it felt a little big brotherish. All in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zensi

Rebecca went above & beyond to understand my requirements and help me out. The cottage felt like walking into your best friend's home - homely, welcoming and with everything you need. Plus it is super dog friendly and there's way more to do and see in this area than I realised! It's great when the host as well as the property exceed your expectations and that's the experience I had here. Whether you want an overnight stop, or a longer stay there's everything you'll need here.

Beautiful, quiet, scenic rural setting, just a few minutes from town centre. Lovely outlook. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. Dining table with BBQ is out on the deck. Thoughtful welcome pack including fresh farm eggs and bottle of wine. Generous guest supplies for kitchen and bathroom. Top quality appliances. What a beautiful home very family friendly lots of space fit for a family. Great communication and also early check in was greatly appreciated. We will be returning back again but this time would like to stay longer. Very clean everything and much more was offered than expected which really make it feel like home away from home.
