Apartment exactly as described, comfortable, functional and very clean. Comfortable outdoor spaces. Nunzia is very kind and attentive to every need. We requested the towels, which were new, like the sheets. Convenient location even if far from the center, but a three-minute drive from the beaches and immersed in a beautiful and relaxing olive grove. I absolutely recommend Nunzia's accommodations.

I stayed in Luigi's apartment in August 2024, located a short walk from the historic center of Peschici in a quiet street, it was a very comfortable support to visit places and beaches in the area Ability to find parking nearby despite being in a very central area of the village . A surplus were the artisanal liqueurs and oil that made us find Luigi upon arrival (of his production) excellent. In conclusion, I recommend everyone to stay with Luigi and visit beautiful Peschici.

Accommodation as described, Annabella is a perfect host and makes you feel at home; she provides useful information on what to visit and where to eat, not to mention the excellent company of Sirius, a very affectionate dog. Apartment in a quiet location but close to the center of Vieste and all amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs etc.

The place is very nice, well cared for and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is conveniently located to reach the various attractions and two pass from the beach of Marina Piccola. The host Laura is very kind, ready to help you with any difficulties and to provide valuable advice. Vieste is a wonderful city as are its people.

This is a first for us in this specific area in Italy and we are leaving this beautiful city that is Marguerita Di Savoia with wonderful memories that will go with us to new discoveries. A big thank you to Rita for hosting us and for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is spacious, it can be easily found as well as with a very clean and easy to use walk-in shower, accompanied by remarkable tranquility and calm, all thanks to the triple glazing of the windows. The WiFi network is excellent in turn. A very spacious kitchen also with everything you need, in addition Rita was kind enough to offer very cold drinks as well as ripe fruit, olive oil, and salt that was specially produced in this city, so you will notice from the proximity of the city of the salt flats that are impressive to observe. We were very pleasantly surprised❤️. A very pleasant Italian family stay!!!

We had a wonderful time at daniela's apartment! The apartment is very nice. tastefully decorated and has a wonderful terrace with Hollywood swing where we spent many nice evenings, also the shared garden of the villa, with sun loungers, several seating options and outdoor shower is very nice. Daniela was a wonderful host, very supportive, gave us lots of tips, and was sooo helpful! The surroundings of the villa and the infrastructure are also especially great, there is a wonderful cafe with bakery almost right next to the villa, several shops on the beach, vegetable shop, 2 fish shops, it was really great. Clean and impeccable accommodation. We had a really good time. The terrace is magnificent and offers a panoramic view of both Vieste and the sea. We had an amazing time in Peschici. The rooftop terrace is the star of the airbnb, but the other rooms are also very nice and cozy. Just note the parking is a bit tricky, because the airbnb is located in a car free zone.

Bianca is a very friendly, attentive, sunny and helpful host. He welcomed us with great empathy showing the great sense of hospitality that reigns on this magical island. He responded to our every need and request beyond our expectations. The accommodation, although small, is equipped with every comfort and the spaces are designed and optimized to the maximum. The villa is a good choice. From our point of view, there is a point of concern and a point of criticism. Lella's hospitality is outstanding. Despite the language barrier, we received help from her who made our vacation better. A highlight was when she pampered us with her own Orecchiette. The location of the apartment is perfect with direct access to the beach. Vieste is within walking distance. The villa is modern. The grounds are secured with a sturdy fence. This was important to us because we had sports equipment with us. The apartment is conveniently equipped. It should be borne in mind that the kitchen has only one basic decor. You can make breakfast or a plate of pasta. What we didn't like is temperature and air quality in the bedroom. The AC, for which we paid extra, was weak. We asked for improvement at short notice, but that was not possible. We enjoyed the time in this apartment.

Very nice apartment, spacious, very well located in the city, very well furnished. The only progress that could be made is to put an air conditioning in the large bedroom, because even pushing the air conditioning in the dining / living room, it was sometimes a little hot in the bedroom (but it's also because it was extremely hot outside!)

The apartment of Giuseppe and Anna was very nice and it was also quiet. How were in the low season but the weather was still nice and warm. The pool is very nice too and the view from the balcony is great. Overall, the whole facility makes a good impression. Giuseppe was very helpful and gave us good tips for the area. We would book again without hesitation.

Very well located accommodation near the port and shops and city center within walking distance. Very well equipped kitchen. Responsive host: we were a little cold the first night, I told Filomena and the next day she brought us other blankets. Ease of parking at the port in October, free parking this season
