Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Beautiful Smålandshus in vibrant village. Room for a maximum of 12 people. In the house, there are seven rooms and a spacious and well-equipped country kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and WC. Take a swim in the lake Salsnäs (4 km) or Hesjön (5.5 km). Ride a draisine in the beautiful forests. Close to grocery store (5 km) and farm shop Axelssons in Aby with pick-your-own strawberries (6 km). Fenced property, patio with barbecue grill. Cottage with 2 rooms and kitchen built in the mid-1800s, newly renovated in old style with new, well-equipped kitchen and fully tiled bathroom. The cottage is located on a hill and has lake views from the veranda and the two rooms. The veranda has morning sun and the patio has afternoon and evening sun. The living room has a fireplace. Extra bed for adult/child available. Wood-fired sauna by the lake can be rented. Possibility of fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Beautiful surroundings in an old cultural landscape.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. With lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. Here you live next to the Stenberga Butiken where you can enjoy coffee, tea or ice cream and get all the groceries you need. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, see moose or go down the zippline.

Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter.
